Great idea - in time and not too tired for our flight plus parking for our car! Staff very helpful. Only problem: there were only 3 wine glasses available at any one time!

Hotel and parking were all very good.Not enough information is given on how to use the long stay carpark.It was all very easy but I worried on how to exit the car park after the holiday as I didnt have a voucher.People need to know they dont need anything at all.

Excellent hotel particularly as we were able to park the car in their car park where it stayed for the time we were away. Taxi took us straight back to it and off loaded his boot into ours. Very convenient.

the staff were very nice and very helpful, the room was very clean and very warm and cosy, the bedding was crisp and clean and it was a very nice bed. the breakfast was just right to start the day of traveling, thanks to all the staff.

Staff were excellent at the Holiday Inn Express and the taxi company that they arranged to take us to the airport the following morning were very friendly. Word of warning - don't expect the same friendliness from the hackney cab drivers when coming back from the airport to the hotel - very rude and miserable.

I booked hotel with parking at Liverpool airport. It was a pretty good deal on the whole and I'd do it again, but I had to pay for taxis to and from the airport as there is no shuttle - you have to remember that when calculating how much you want to spend on a hotel.

We were given a room with 2 double beds (one being a put you up) so there was not a lot of space to move about. Other than that everything was fine.

I received best accommodation rate through Holiday Extras, however at check in the Hotel had not received our reservation details. We were fortunate they had availability for 2 rooms and staff on reception were able to meet our requirements.

The facilities, staff & room were excellent. Good choice of evening meal, reasonable bar prices & friendly staff all made the beginning of our holiday extra special. Plenty of choice for breakfast from 4.00am, a good start to the journey. Would definately stay again & recommend.
