Arrival, I had to press the button to get my ticket, even though I had pre paid. On return I entered my ticket and was shocked to see a demand for £156 before the barrier would raise. Pressed the button, explained and was set free !

I didn't like the fact that there was no way we could speak to someone. Following booking our carparking our return flight was delayed before even commencing the holiday and I wanted to extend the "extension" that I had already booked by a further 2 hours but there was no way in your system to do so. In th event you extended everything by 24 hours which was great but more by luck than my ability to do so. Everything worked out fine in the end but is was a slightly worrying time until your extension arrived. Greater guidance about "contingencies" i.e. how much time after the planned flight arrival time, at the time of booking would have been useful.

Southampton airport was as said no issues with airport parking at all. Did have an issue with Blue Island as they cancelled our flight home with little to no information offered.

I had to ask the helpline how I could exit from the car park. In fact its perfectly simple you just put in your ticket and the barrier lifts.

Good value for money. Limited parking spaces available due to the volume of travellers. On the return and exit of the car park my ticket was not being accepted at the barrier. After ringing the help bell there was no reply, however after a minute or so the ticket was taken and the barrier lifted

I put my ticket into the exit machine and up came a £504 charge. I pressed the HELP button but waited ages for a response. The man on the end of the phone asked me to insert my ticket but the machine has already eaten it. He then checked that I had indeed pre-paid and he opened the barrier.

Had to speak to the Help team on arrival to be let in, following rebooking. Also n the way out, the exit gate tried to charge me £144.00, and had to speak to the desk again. Parking was fine, but admin flawed.

Frustratingly my car was not recognised on the entry and exit ANPR … coming home tired as I got to the exit I ended up causing a traffic backlog of frustrated travelers. I could not make the staff in the office aware of the problem. I could not move my car backwards or forwards and was tight up against the exit machine. I had to squeeze out of my car to find someone and ended up putting a small dent in my car door having to do this.

I have been charged twice for my parking. I have sent a form in on the 3rd March and still not had a response. My three day parking has currently cost me over £200 which I am not happy about at all. I am asked if I would book with holiday extras again and have said yes as that is the only option I have in some cases. would I book this again I have said yes as I have to book parking in order to fly to work destinations. But I am currently not happy at all with the service of this latest booking.

Carl didn’t register on the ticket machine said I had to pay £72. No one around when I arrived from Belfast at. Had to go to Barrier and talk with information. Took ages to confirm I paid by which time a huge queue of irate travellers had built up whilst I waited. Seems the machines don’t register the booking or recognise my registration plate. Will book direct with the airport next time

Booked airport parking through Holiday Extras at a reasonable cost. As instructed upon my return, I inserted the parking ticket at the exit barrier but the system did not appear to recognise my registration number. I had prepared for this by reading what to do in this event and pressed the button for assistance. Without undue delay, the operator checked my details a raised the barrier to facilitate my exit. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Holiday Extras airport parking.

Ideally situated covered parking, two minutes walk from Airport Terminal. Although I left within my booked time slot, the exit barrier wouldn’t lift until I’d paid an additional £6.90! No explanation why! However, I pressed the Intercom buzzer and a gentleman answered immediately, checked my booking then waived the charge with a profuse apology. Up went the barrier and off I went. Another satisfied customer! ????
