Need to know

The car park is on the airport grounds, a 1-3 minute walk to the terminal.

Drive to the car park where your car reg will be recognised and the barrier will rise – no ticket will be issued. Park in any space – keep your keys – and take the short walk to the terminal. A ticket will only be issued if your car reg isn't recognised.

Electric vehicle charging

There are 4 charging points for electric vehicles on the first floor of the car park which operate on a first come first served basis.

Accessibility

There are designated Blue Badge bays for travellers with reduced mobility on the ground floor of the car park - you'll need to display your badge while you're away. If you need to take your badge with you, show it to the team in the car park office on the ground floor before you fly.

There are Special Assistance Call Points linked to the terminal's service desk if you need to request help when you're at the car park.

The car park is secured by:

• Entry and exit barriers
• 24-hour attendants
• CCTV
• Regular staff patrols

The car park also has the Park Mark award for security.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 2 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Arriving at the car park

When you arrive at the car park your car registration will be recognised and the barrier will lift. A ticket will only be issued if your car reg isn't recognised.

Park in any space, keep your keys and walk to the terminal - it takes 1-3 minutes.

Returning to the car park

Follow signs when you leave the terminal for the Short Stay car park.

On your way out, put your ticket into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift.
