The only negative was on our return journey when the bus was full, the driver was a little fast, suitcases on wheels sliding around, so I was having to hold on myself and well as suitcases, then the "U" turn just past the parking area I thought was a bit severe boarding on dangerous with the people standing

Booked one day’s parking at Purple Parking for T5. No email confirmation received although was able to gain access at barrier with no issues. Car park packed; told to abandon car in a line and make my way to registration desk. Young man on desk a little surly, but then it was 5.30am! Coach transfer to terminal. On return, had to wait longer than advertised time for coach back to car park, but good service for price paid. Will use again although will allow another 10/15 mins to get through registration procedure and transfer.

The directions to get there are WRONG!!! I almost missed my flight. Also on return I waited for more than 30 minutes for the transfer coach

Avoid in the future, I should get compensated for the stress and waste of time. The link given sends to the wrong address Bath Road. I felt like a stupid driving around looking for the carpark when the correct address was 17 Bath Road. Website is wrong, the address is wrong and the google map link is also wrong. I had to run to be on time, the stress was desnecessary. Not sure if I can trust holidays extra again.

Check in was fine. Had to wait 20 minutes for pick up which was poor considering the sweltering heatwave. Once at the depot there was no water for sale.
