Your website led me, and the other 8 people on the bus, that it was a park yourself and that the bus would take 10-20 minutes. As it turned out the parking was not as was said and the bus took 40 minutes. your staff were rather unhelpful. On return, having not parked with you before, having picked up my keys the attendant told me my car was round to the left. I dutifully walked round to the left and to the back of his office before realising there was a parking space in the front of the office. He was very unhelpful. Understandably with covid things will be different but it would be better to have made clearer at the time of booking what changes there were and what to expect.

Easy to use, and great service to and from airport. However when I picked up my car it had been parked badly with a tyre squashed on a kerb which affected the psi I’m that tyre. Also parked so tightly in I had trouble getting my cases in the boot.

The whole purple parking experience was first class! Very well signposted and very helpful at reception. Bus was waiting to go to terminal 5. We had to amend our booking and come back together UK early so I phoned the day before and the assistant was so helpful. He made it so easy and said my car would be waiting and it was! We had a 15 minute wait for the bus to return and I used the toilet in reception and it was clean and well supplied with hand wash and paper, unlike earlier comments. I will most definitely book Purple Parking with confidence when next flying from Heathrow.

I always use holiday extras/purple parking, on short hall flights I use the park and ride and the staff there are brilliant, always positive and professional. On the park and stay in short term level 4 they are good but could be more personal. They just want customers in and out, otherwise great service.

I had to wait 30 mins for collection at the airport by bus after a long haul flight (and a prior domestic flight before that). Suffering jet lag this is not ideal. Once the bus arrived, it was already full and so people were trying to cram luggage onboard and were standing throughout. This is not what should be expected. There should be more room for luggage and more seating. If this is not possible, then more frequent services. This would then negate the need for me to complain about the first incident! On the plus side, once at the key pick-up point, the staff were helpful, efficient and my car was waiting for me.

I booked the wrong airport car park and only realised once I was on the motorway. Called the call centre who were brilliant and rearranging. Service was fantastic, transfer smooth and efficient and car was in once piece when I returned which is always helpful!

Purple Parking is good, easy to find and close to LHR. The bus service is good and usually there's not a long wait. Car was ready when we arrived. Lavatory could do with a bit more cleaning and care, but I suppose Covid was a factor.

My hotel was cancelled twice, I found out on my own the first time and was informed the evening before my travel date the second time. No adequate alternative offered the second time leaving me to only book parking with you and having to find my own accommodation at extremely short notice. I was not offered any discount or compensation for any of the inconvenience or difficulties caused by this, I will not be using you again.

Very well priced, easy to follow access and drop off procedure, transport to terminal 5. Return trip very easy and car ready to go. Some additional seating would be appreciated for those with disabilities.

This service was very easy to use, friendly staff and my car was ready to be collected as soon as i returned. Bonus is you get dropped off right outside the terminal when flying out, bus stop is easy to locate for return and you're dropped outside the car park reception, couldn't be any easier.
