The car was very dirty when we came back as if it had been parked in a field under a birds nest as it had a lot of bird dirt. Disappointing as everything else was good the location and ease of parking

Everything went very well, and overall very happy with the service. The only comments are that finding Meteor in Terminal 5 on arrival, is not as clear as it could be. Plus the helpline is always busy.

Everything goes extremely well the only thing is that the terminal sign post for the waiting spot is a bit hard to find for the first time but it's not their fault

Generally excellent. However we had a cancelled return flight, which was rebooked by the airline. We tried to phone and inform meteor of the change,and had an unsatisfactory answerphone message. It did not affect us when we arrived back, as the car was ready for us.
