The service was ok however upon return to my car it had an extra 19miles on the clock from when i had parked up and left it. Where was my vehicle parked and why was it driven so far? This service was not cheap and i expected more, i have used similar services at Luton and had no such experiences.

Smooth and easy drop off and pick up. Be aware that when arriving at T5 short stay car park to take the far left entry (under the sign Meet and Greet) or you will end up on level 3, not level 4 where you should be...and there is no way up!

Everything went smoothly until i realised I had an additional 20 miles on my clock. it is not mentioned when booking that the off site parking is 10 miles away. This is unacceptable so I will not be using Meteor parking every again. Unsatisfied.

Reservation was very smooth and got a discount for repeated use of holiday extra. However, I sent a BAEC query email which was NEVER responded (and never was able to add my BAEC # to claim Avios). Also, seems the information flow between both systems is not entirely smooth or confusing: booking with HE, you're asked up to what time do you want to have your car booked, which Meteor's system/process translates as the time you want to have the car available and completely ignores the flight information so not even sure why this is even asked... This should be the main metric for When to have the car ready when customers are returning from holidays. This discrepancy made us wait for 25+ min in the short term car park for our car to be delivered really late at night. Not sure if I want to use this service again.

Excellent all round. The facilities were exactly as described. Everything went smoothly and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It made a relaxing start to our holiday and also eased the frustration of delayed flight home.

the directions to the car park at Heathrow are quite confusing- I found it but it could be improved! But was really disappointed the car was not there when I arrived back- that is one of the main benefits of booking this and to have wait for the car to arrive was frustrating and disappointing-its the one thing you have to get right!!!!!

On my return my car was not waiting for me, an error with the flight number. They had put my outward flight and not the return flight. But my car was delivered within 20 minutes and they could not apologise enough! We all make mistakes!
