We used APH - Gatwick Airport Parking and were very pleased we did. The online booking was very simple and the staff at site extremely helpful. Checkin was quick and easy and the car was ready for us when we got back to the site. We would definitely park at this location again in the future.

We booked 10 days parking for park and ride in Gatwick . The email was misleading as it stated "any terminal". When we left, we were charged £280 at the barrier... as we apparently parked in the wrong car park (long stay, which is a park and ride). I understand that it is a different company; it would be very helpful to write in the confirmation email that the car parks are not the one onsite, but much further and to warn people not to park in long stays parking . I believe this mistake is easily done . Gutted to end up having to double pay because of this mistake is an understatement .

The directions were easy to follow and the hint that the Sat Nav would tell us to turn into the garage was correct. The handover was quick and the airport shuttle was ready and waiting. On our return a text ensured that our car was ready and waiting and the shuttle bus transfer was smooth. I would thoroughly recommend APH parking and their helpful staff.

It was a fantastic experience! Arrived with ease after being given excellent directions, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Dropped the car off and the bus was there, only 5 people on the way to the airport and only the two of us on the way back! On the way back, from the time of getting off the plane to getting back to the car was 25 minutes all in! All in all extremely smooth and good service x

The whole parking experience was completely seamless both going away and returning. As soon as we arrived the signage was very helpful on telling us where to go and what to do. At the service desk the staff were friendly and polite. It only took a few minutes to check in and hand over the keys. The bus service was also very efficient. On return I text the company when we landed and received a text almost instantly. We only had to wait a few mins for the bus. The driver was incredibly helpful with the luggage helping us putting it on and taking it off. Again, picking up the keys at the service desk was seamless. I would definitely use this car park again.

Easy website to use and navigate, we used holiday extras for parking. I had to change our parking due to flights being amended and found it very simple and quick to do online. Would recommend holiday extras and will use again in the future.

Parking was fine, smooth and easy. Airport lounge was not worth the money. Poor food selection, poor seating, area was busy and hot with just manual air conditioning to attempt to cool.

This was our first time with this company It is straight forward, you psrk, go to reception and hand you key in. The shuttle is there and the driver kindly puts the cases on the bus. Once you land you text them to a number which has been given to you so they know you are on your way back to the car park. Great service!

We used HE for the transfer from and to the airport and they waited for us (almost 3 hours delay) on our arrival and the driver was on time on the way back. Comfortable seats too.
