This was as easy as it gets and overall great value. The only thing to add is that the car drop off (T3) is on the 4th floor of the short term car and the spiral access can become congested so give ample time.

Very easy to choose and booked the best option. Good value for money when considering the best , most convenient option. Not sure if it was made clear to print QR code for Hoppa Bus. Phone code accepted by one driver but queried by another

Hotel was good but Blue Circle parking were not that inspiring, Firstly on arrival they could not find our details as they had recorded us as arriving on a different day and then on the day of return, despite ringing on picking up our luggage and being advised it would be 20 minutes, it was 45 minutes and then only as a result of chasing. So in summary, hotel good but parking poor.

Our room at the Premier Inn was about average. It was clean, the view was of the Purple Parking garage. The walls of the room were very thin and so we could hear our neighbours at the side of us and above us as the floors creaked. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite. The Meet and Greet parking was very efficient as always. We have used them on previous occasions and they are excellent.

When we arrived I offered my name, showed co formation email and the girl said - sorry we have nothing for you. That was it, as if we were going to say’ oh, ok then, bye’. I had to ask to see a manager who did take the time to sort the problem and we weee issues a room. The hallways absolutely STUNK of stale smoke or something similar as I can’t imagine the carpets have not been changed since the mo smoking g van indoors other walls painted, dir to this I would not recommend nor re book myself!!! The room was ok but the hallways were awful!!!

Hotel was fine but the meet and greet blue circle parking at t5 Heathrow was terrible. We came home and a few days later I received a £100 parking fine for the days we were in Greece, they had parked it in a hotel car park and not paid, are you able to help as I’m not getting any response from my emails to blue circle. They need to pay the fine

We had our return flight terminal changed and on arrival for our outbound flight and advising the agent at T5 of thus he changed the return drop off of our car for us to T3 with no problem at all. When arriving back in th UK the car was brought ti T3 for us excellent service! with no problems at all.

The hotel did not have all my information so checking in was as a process of providing a lot of the information again. The car valet had nothing at all so having arrived at the airport in a rush, I had to fill out forms and find data and return flight details that I had already provided to Holiday Extras. It was supposed to be much easier than that!

The postcode provided for the car park at Heathrow Terminal 5 did not take us to the correct place. This needs addressing as it was very confusing and we had to call to get directed to the car park. Also, once at the car park, the signs were extremely poor. Again, this needs looking into and improving upon.

Whilst in your care somebody has been through my car and emptied out all of my belongings out of storage bags, make up bags etc. these have been thrown all over the car including make up that had been broken and on the seats. I have emailed the company to complain about this, and the car park attendant took photos of the state of the internal of my car but I have received no response from your company about this

Premier Inn was great - clean and managed a good nights sleep. Blue Circle Parking were amazing. Our flight was cancelled and we had to return a day early…phoned and emailed and our car was there waiting for us on our return. We have booked again for our next holiday!

The hotel was great. The car parking was terrible. We were given a card stating to call them when we had got all of our luggage. We did that, then when we got to the car park we were told it will be at least 30 minutes before our car arrives. We weren't early and they knew when we were due, but they hadn't even set off to retrieve the car. Many others were in the same boat.

The self service check in was a disaster, tried to type in my booking but another number came coming up so I couldn’t complete. Friendly staff was at hand, but because of perspex and mask wearing really hard to hear. One or the other should suffice.

The booking was easy to make, the directions to the hotel were as described. There was a small mix up on the expected arrival day. Blue circle Meet and Greet had us booked in for the same day as the hotel arrival but they sorted without any problems. Premier Inn was clean, beds were comfy, good facilities for eating, staff were welcoming, even printed our covid and boarding passes for us. We have stayed here a few times now both pre and post hols and it is so stress free with a 4 year old. Our flight was delayed on return journey and Blue Circle were great, they did not charge us extra, great way to start and end the holidays

Perfect hotel for the night before a flight. Only issue was that we couldn’t get a table in the restaurant but we were pointed towards the bar where we could get the same food. Would be lovely to have some gluten free dinner options! Reception staff very friendly and room clean and comfortable.

Hotel facilities very basic, only 3 single power sockets in the room all being used by TV and kettle etc., non by the bed. When we dropped the car at Blue Circle T5 the next morning they were not expecting us and said we were due in the previous day, took 15 mins to drop off car.

It was not a good experience from booking to parking!! First of all when I went to book the hotel and parking, I forwarded a link to my partner to book it which had my card details on there. He was then able to book the parking and hotel using my card without any security code etc! Once booked, I had an early morning (5.45am) phone call from the parking person the day before we were due to park asking if we needed directions etc!!! We staying in the hotel which was fine and can not fault the hotel. When we left the hotel to find the parking we struggled to find the signs for the right car parking area. When we finally arrive at the right parking desk they didnt have any of our details or booking on the file, I had to re fill in details myself. It was a joke

Hotel comfortable location great easy checkin experience and mmet and greet was easy and convenient. Improvements putting blue circle info at the entrance of the car park as it was heathrows meet and greet signs at entrance who then informed us blue circle were 2 floors up.

When you book a hotel and parking with Holiday Extras you ask for the parking first. Worried that you would then get the hotel night on the wrong day I put in the day before and so paid for an extra day’s parking. So many at the hotel said the same thing.

the cost of car parking has become prohibitive so and overnight stay with 14 days parking was the best options at a whopping. the pitfalls are - once booked our confirmation came through and advised we would have to pay parking at the hotel. - we were also put at a permier inn the furthest away from terminal 5 which we booked - the car park was booked from the night we arrived at the hotel causing confusion with the parking company. Not sure what was expected of us - drop car - wait an hour for hotel transfer - wait the next morning for hotel transfer ........... would have added on a significant amount of time to our journey So in summary - good offer but bizarre conditions

The Premier Inn was clean and tidy. A great nights sleep before an early start the next day. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The confirmation email stated that we have booked the car in from the Sunday but The Blue Circle Meet and Greet at T5 had us booked in for the Saturday. Check all details carefully. The staff at The Blue Circle Meet and Greet at T5 were accommodating and sorted the issue, we had not been the only ones.

Everything went really well, the staff were very helpful. W were only there one night before our flight, the room was fine, nothing special but there were tea and coffee facilities. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the restaurant wasn't too pricey and a decent meal. I would stop there again as it was also very handy for the shuttle buses to the terminals

Hotel was great, really nice and modern. Service was good and very efficient. Heathrow Hoppa service was great, i originally planned to get a taxi to terminal 4 but the bus was so efficient I chose that instead. Would definitely use this hotel again!!
