We booked the two way bus hopper and printed the forms off. Neither bus driver appeared to recon use the pass or the bar code but let's is on anyway. Otherwise excellent.

Staff were very helpful with my booking and the hotel was brilliant, a much higher standard than I expected. Would definitely book again and definitely stay in this hotel again. Excellent service all round.

Couldn't have stayed in a better hotel staff were nice and very helpful, leaving the car at the hotel and using the shuttle was so easy and I thought the whole price was very reasonable, will defiantly use this holel again thank you see you all soon

Novotel parking security fence not as good as the previous times I used the hotel, no pass required to leave the carpark. I simply drove the car out without challenge. I would use the Novotel again but would hope they sort their carpark security or further returns would not be likely. Security and peace of mind are very important to me and my wife.

Had a great experience with Holiday Extras. The hotel was really good and the parking was convenient. Straight out of Heathrow and on to the Hotel Hoppa. Grab the car and straight on the M4. Perfect!
