A certain je ne sais quois
There's something we can't quite put our finger on about the Hotel Novotel at London Heathrow airport and why it's so fantastic. It could be the high ceilings, plentiful plant life and huge skylight, allowing for an extravagant, open-air feeling that only increases the further into the hotel you tread. It might be the reception, awash with a sea of bright features, low-hanging lights and helpful staff. It could even be the great pool, where you can practice that perfect pool-side pose in time for your holiday. Maybe its just that, with the Novotel, you get luxury features for startlingly low prices.
Kids in particular will love the Novotel. Theres a large play area with an Xbox and a selection of games and toys, and the pool, of course. Your kids will be kept busy while you make your final holiday plans, so you can be assured your little ones will be distracted from their pre-holiday jitters.
Make a splash in the pool, without ruining your wallet
The Novotel has its own pool, just behind the bar, which looks out on the terrace. You get free towels and there are sun loungers dotted around to keep you comfortable. The indoor, heated pool is big enough for a good swim, but small enough for you to keep an eye on your little monsters. You don't have to make a hole in your wallet to enjoy some top-class facilities and indulge in the relaxing mood of the Novotel.
We recommend the Novotel for:
Families - The Novotel helps you steer clear of the usual stodgy pub grub and instead offers an array of a delightful meals designed to tantalise your tastebuds.
A dip in the pool - Go for a swim in the Novotel's pool to really wind down from the stresses of travel.
It's great for the kids - The hotel has loads of offers and deals for the kids, including a childrens menu.
Hear this families: popular menu; special kids' prices; playroom; cheerful bar; quiet rooms, wifi included.

Very unhappy with the service we received, or more like lack of service! We booked a hotel with parking near T3 at Heathrow. After a long day at work and then a 2 and a half hour drive to Heathrow we arrived at the Novotel to find it full of immigrants! No one had informed us that this was the case and we had been moved to another hotel. When we arrived at the next hotel (Marriot Courtyard) I checked we had a booking for the parking as they didn't appear to have many parking spaces. The answer was no, I had to take my car back to the Novotel to park it while we were away! If you had contacted me to re-arrange the hotel I would have been quite happy but you made absolutely no attempt to let me know of the changes. Unlikely to use holiday Extras again.Ms Appleby (Novotel Hotel)
