Easy to follow directions to the car park; barrier provided ticket as explained in the email and we easily found a parking spot. When we returned five days later we exited without incident and we’re on our way home with absolutely no incident whatsoever.

Family of 4 booked parking and airport lounge via holiday extras. Both bookings ran smoothly. Parking very convenient as its a short walk to the terminal with a 5 year old grandchild in tow. Lounge was perfect. Food and drink and a comfy seat for us all.

The green multi storey car park was very very full and we eventually found a space on floor 3 when somebody was moving off. Bring pre-booked I thought there would be more space. Also the walk seemed longer than you stayed.

The booking had not been recorded with Stanstead parking. The ticket machine wanted £960 for a 15 day stay and it took me 10 minutes with the car-park attendant to convince I had paid through holiday extras, which was very stressful land delayed my departure home.

The booking process was easy and it was cheap. The car park was well signed and very easy to find. One issue was our number plate was not recognised upon arrival and a ticket was issued, on the way out it was not let us out without payment of £310. DO NOT PAY THIS. call for assistance and the airport will ask for your booking ref / number plate and let you out without payment. Overall a good experience.
