On arrival the number recognition system worked well and we were issued with a card allocating us C11. On arrival C11 was completely full so we had to drive around looking for a slot in another area. Eventually found a space in the C zone but nowhere near C11.

The parking itself was fine, but the bus situation could be improved. We parked at Blue bus stop 9 and waited a long time for the bus to arrive. It filled to capacity at our bus stop and the driver said that he would call for another bus - that bus took a long time to arrive. When you are stressed, and concerned as to what situation we will find at the airport, this makes things even more stressful. I would prefer to pay more and park nearer the airport so that we could walk to the terminal.

When I arrived at the car park, there were massive queues for the buses. I had to wait for the 4th bus before I could be packed in with others.

Gave flight details but was a day out as far as they were concerned and was charged an extra £24 cab would have been about the same. Will tell everybody on the social media channels not to use long term parking

Used Stansted long term car park for 1 week. No problem parking and retrieving the car. Tranfer bus to and from main terminal was prompt and efficient with short waiting times.

The parking was great no problem however at the same time I booked the lounge after much grieve the could not find us. It turns out we where booked in at Gatwick of which I am waiting for a reply!

Long-stay parking fulfilled expectations and advertised offer. Although return flight was delayed, taking the 'delayed flight cover' option guaranteed there was no problem when exiting the car park.

Very expensive Car covered in bird droppings ( ok prob not down to you guys ) Buses took a while and no organisation when in queue by arrivals. Led to arguments But straight forward in terms of entering and leaving, which was good

Entry to car park was not automatic but short chat with attendant allowed access & instructions were provided in case of the same on return, which was required, yet again went very smoothly thanks to professionalism of car park staff. All around very good.

We were disappointed in the wait for the bus on our return at 2.30 am , on 6 th sept 22 , we waited 45 mins which just added to the stress of the delayed flight that day from Las Palmas

Things weren’t as easy as they could be, as there wasn’t enough signage. When we pulled up to Long Stay the machine said we would be charged the minute we went through the barrier. Nowhere did it say if you’ve booked and paid, you are fine. I had to use the intercom, but they were helpful. And machine didn’t accept my ticket that they’d issued me, which was very frustrating at 1am in the morning, but again, they were helpful in the intercom

Finding free space to park was not easy. The bus transfer at Stansted Airport was meant to be every 15mins. Our bus arrived after 58mins. There were at least 5 EMPTY BUSES during our long wait, that drove past (displaying not in service message) which DIDN’T pick up any stranded passengers! This is ridiculous and disgrace! The operator, that I called from the bus stop was not helpful at all and didn’t feel & didn’t appreciate the urgency of the situation! I will never use your services again! Because of the delays in the transfer I almost lost my flight. You are a joke! Avoid this dodgy company at all cost. It will be more reliable to pay somebody to drop you off at the airport than rely on this company to transfer you and your travel companions to the terminal building, if you want to catch your flight!

Parking was straight forward. Bus bus to airport took longer than stated the on arrival home no buses where now where to be seen all short stay but no long stay buses cam we had to wait nearly 1 hr for a bus and that was only because a bus can not in service and he decided to help out and do a long stay car parks

When we arrived at the car park for our journey home the barrier tried to charge us over £400. We tried to press the call button but no one answered for ages. When they answered we told them what the problem was and that we had already paid, and they disappeared and did not speak for about 15 minutes leaving us stuck at the barrier with no idea what was going on. Eventually we pressed the button again and the operator immediately lifted the barrier and let us through. This happens every time we book parking with Holiday Extras making us reluctant to use you again.
