You were fab our flight was diverted but you were there as soon as our coach got us back to Southend ,answered the phone quickly never made me feel it was a problem that you had to stay late to get us , very impressed

The staff were very welcoming on our arrival, when our flight was diverted we made contact(they were aware of the situation)we made contact on our way back to airport the driver was waiting.

Everything was easy and quick. The transfer to the airport from the park was short. It is not my first time and I recommend it a lot. I will do it next time.

This is the first time I've used Purple Parking & my first time travelling from Southend Airport & we found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff members were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely use Purple Parking again.

I had left my car parking to the last minute accidently believing I had already booked it. The lady on the phone was very helpful and manageged to get me booked in within a couple of hours of speaking to her. This saved me a lot of stress looking around Southend for a parking place for 4 days.

Had to wait 15 mins to be taken to airport and was rather chilly waiting in the queue. On our return, we waited 10 mins for our pick up. Staff were helpful.

Staff helpful / drop off good although had to wait 15 mins for transfer. Pick up again slow waited 15 mins for the bus and it was cold. Won't be good if it's raining!

Everything was very easy, booking in, transfers to the airport the return transfer; your staff absolutely everything was exactly as a good company should be. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use Holiday Extras again.

When we were dropped off at the airport, we were told to return to the same place on arrival back and call for a bus, which we did. We were told the bus would pick us up in 10 minutes. After waiting nearly 20 minutes no bus arrived, I called again, to be told the bus would 5 minutes. No bus arrived. I then got a call from the bus driver asking where we were, his response being we were in the wrong place, and he started to tell me they had moved their pick up to a different place! I told him to stop explaining and just come and collect us, as we were freezing cold and had been waiting now for half-hour! When he did come and collect us he insisted we had been informed by email or text message of the change, but I said I hadn’t, to which he replied “look in your spamâ€. To say I was annoyed was an understatement. We eventually collected our car at 7.40pm and drove home. The final insult was the following morning I noticed my car had been scratched along the drivers door!

First time I have used this type of parking and was a little apprehensive . Once arrived at site gave details and within 5 minutes on way to airport, on return waited 3 minutes to be picked up and taken back to parking site . Will definitely use this service again

Booked car parking at Southend airport with Purple Parking. Everything went to plan, found car park ok, easy check in, then driven to airport. On return phoned company as requested, they were there within a few minutes to take us back to our car. Collected keys at off we went. Very good experience throughout.
