No problem with booking on line and process easy on the day. Norwich airport car park short stay is a short walk to the main building, so stress free. Shame though that HE do not give any discounts for this airport, unlike the bigger ones.

We had no issues with using Holiday Extras. We had booked Premium Parking but these parking slots were difficult to find and identify as the paint on the tarmac was worn and illegible. We would definitely use this a service again.

Paid in advance but camera did not recognise number plate. On return again camera didn't recognise number plate and charged me an extra £15 even though I was well before time limit!

Nothing went smoothly. We parked our car after having paid £85 for the week. Got into the terminal only to be told our flight had been delayed, then cancelled and our holiday was cancelled. Rang Holiday Extras to see if we could get a refund and the answer was no.

From booking on-line, which was easy to follow the entering the car park with the vehicle registration recognition all went well. Plenty of available spaces within the short stay area. Return and exit from car park all went smoothly

It did but I was confused when I arrived at the airport as I didn’t realise that I was going to be given a ticket I thought the barrier would just go up as I prepaid and there was none to ask as the airport was shut.

I could not extend my return time when my flights were changed as I was told there was no capacity. This was rubbish as when we returned to the car park it was only half full. We had to pay an extra £15 for being 2 hours over time. Will probably not book parking through Holiday Extras in future.

Plane was delayed and resulted in arriving 2 hours late to Norwich. We're unable to get out of car park without paying £15. This is unacceptable as we had already paid £83 for a weeks parking. There should be time allowed for delays as are with other airports we have travelled from.

It would have been helpful to know that we had to lift the barrier of the car park to enter as normal. There was no car parking attendant available to talk to and I spent the week away thinking we were going to be charged twice. Once by yourself and once to get out of the car park. Otherwise, the parking was fine and easy.

Reg No recognition at Norwich Airport parking was not working and a frustration and stress that you can well do without at 4.00 am as well as having to explain the situation to an unsympathetic staff member upon our return who insisted on full payment again. We paid for a service you provide and it didn't happen I LOOK FORWARD TO A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!

The car park gates did not open automatically on arrival, as I had been told they would: I was obliged to take a ticket. In the airport, the chap in the Parking office assured me that this was standard; and that the ticket would ensure easy entry, should the number plate recognition system not work. In fact, I had no need of it in leaving: the gate opened as I approached. The white-painted ‘Premium Parking’ markings on the ground need refreshing, however: at 04.00, they were not immediately obvious, and I did a tour of the car park before I spotted them…

I arrived back at Norwich Airport car park at 23.30 on the date we had booked only to be told at the barrier that we owed £455 in charges. There was a a lot of cars behind us and we were told to switch on hazard lights and leave our car at the barrier and walk back to the terminal to take our paperwork for them to check at the car park desk. I had to walk past a queue of angry motorists to get back to the terminal. This is the second time that Holiday Extras had let me down in this way and it is not good enough.

Not helpful or particularly reachable when my flight was cancelled. Had to repeat "late return insurance" to operator who eventually said I could make a claim for the additional fee but not how.

Norwich airport knew nothing about the prepaid car parking. I had to get a ticket to enter the car park and on return from holiday we had to goto the car park office and get the ticket validated.

No it did not go smoothly -I have sent you an email as I had to pay £105 to exit the car park when I had already paid you! You were not contactable by phone, there was a barrier that would not lift until I paid which I had no option to do as there was a queue of cars behind me!
