Easy to book, very competitive price. Also really easy to alter/change if plans change. From previous "covid times" I was able to change my travel dates multiple times without penalty.

Airport parking was great, no issues. I also booked the Airport lounge Aspire Plus which before I travelled I’d enquired as my daughter is 14, your team told me we would be fine so as long as we booked 3 adults. As you may tell we were not allowed entry to the Aspire Plus lounge and had to rebook the bar service Aspire lounge (additional £117). I have raised a compliant/cancellation and I would hope that you can persue this for me. The manageress on duty as Newcastle airport said that this was happening quite regular.

Easy booking . Straight forward parking. No need for staff intervention after holiday. Did communicate with staff prior to holiday . Very helpful.

Very poor car parking. Little security, poor lighting, limited signage and no bus transfer to the airport. The only place we could get parked was a gravel area far away from the airport, which meant dragging four new suite cases through gravel and dirt and at 4 in the morning with two young children in tow , not great. We didn't see any staff at all. On arrival back into the UK we did manage to get a trolley for the suite cases from arrivals, but the car park is not setup correctly to allow you to use a trolley so again we had to drag suite cases back to our car. £79 for this car park is far too expensive given the lack of service and facilities. Other car parks in other airports give a far superior service

Everything from booking on line to leaving the car park went perfectly. Approached the long stay barrier, camera recognition was in place without realising, ticket issued. 30 seconds later parked up. Returned from holiday, picked the car up. Drove to the well signed exit signs to the exit barrier. Placed ticket in the machine. Off we went. Didn't even have to speak to the window mongs for assistance. Highly recommend.

Parking the car was easy but getting your suitcases over the chippings in car parks was difficult, the courtesy bus wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Everything was fine except the security gate wanted us to pay £86 to get out. We had to get out of the car and go to customer services at pm!!!

Despite booking my parking and paying in advance, on my return my ticket was not recognised and I was asked for £170. This delayed my departure by 20 mins. To add insult to injury, on submitting the complaint form it takes 35 days for you to get back to me. Had I paid the additional £170 I would have been waiting at least that period of time for a refund. Looking at the menu choices to complain about this was one. This suggests it is a common occurrence, which would suggest your potentially earning a lot of interest on customers money.

Parking was hassle free and only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. The signage at the airport for the express drop off coukd be better but this is down to the airport and not Holiday Extras.

Long stay: Very expensive for Newcastle and quite a long walk for the price. Options are limited so had no choice other than to use this service. London airports have more choice, discounts, availability and are cheaper.

We didn’t see any staff on arrival to park car or when we returned. I wish there was a system of booking a numbered space to avoid driving around and around looking for a space, only to find cars either side of space are parked right on white line so leaving no room for passengers to get out of car.

Long stay parking at Newcastle airport. Early morning flight at 06.00 so arrived at 03.50. Lighting very poor and struggled to find correct location, couldn’t believe how busy it was at that time. No staff around for assistance / guidance from car to airport. Needs better signage and lighting.

The carpark exit barrier tried to charge us again and wouldn't let us out. There was a load of cars behind us, not good. But, the man came to help and got us away fairly soon after.
