No parking spaces left in premium long stay and long stay car park. Eventually left the car alongside a fence but not in a car space. Worried all the time we were away thinking we would get a fine.

I couldn't get out of parking until the man came out of the office. This has happened numerous times. I have another parking booked through yourselves, if I can't get out again I won't be using you again.

Put in the postcode that was given took us to airport parking which was incorrect, we found it ourselves tried to ring and the office wasn’t open to help, kept the ticket as stated put it in the machine on way home and wouldn’t open the gate till we paid £86

Definitely not ordered a private transfer which turned out not to be and left stranded at the airport for 1&12hours contacted your staff on line many times to try and cancel the return journey which didn’t happen had to do it myself hopefully I’ll get this return journey money back

First time we have ever took our vehicle to the airport ,and will definitely being it again,no waiting around for taxi, and we even got a lift there and back off the airport bus from our car to right outside the airport,was a very smooth and easy,my partner was over the moon .

Couldn't remember where I had parked cos it was very early am under duress , on return you arranged for a minibus to drive me around to find my car. As a person with mobility issues this was greatly appreciated

We booked long stay car parking and luckily, even though return flight was delayed, had 5 mins to spare. The parking was as described and an easy enough walk to and from the terminal. Did not need to interact with the staff so can't comment. Good offer with blue light discount.

Not much room for improvement. Arrived at Newcastle airport car park. Entered through barrier.Got ticket and found space. On return inserted ticket into barrier and drove through . Make sure you keep ticket in safe place

You worry about parking, whether the barrier will go up when you go and will it go up when you leave. We needn’t have worried as it was plain sailing so to speak. So easy and everything was spot on! Will definitely be using again! We would definitely recommend Holiday Extras%. It takes all the hassle out of your journey!

Booking was straight forward. Had to change car parking time as my flight times changed. Used the chat service to do this which was very helpful. They refunded my original booking then re-booked straight away with my new times. Very efficient service.
