When we got to the airport there were very few spaces left and we had to drive around for a while before we found empty spaces which were actually quite a long way from the terminal. We also booked one car for a drop and park but could it find where we could drop Off the luggage before parking. Instructions were not specific enough and ended up having a long walk with luggage and baby. Not ideal

It was extremely difficult to find a space,eventually we found some right in the middle of the car park which were not visible without driving up and down rows and rows of vehicles ,you need to outline where spaces are available better,very frustrating.

The shuttle bus service has been reduced which meant we had to walk to the airport for early flights at Newcastle. This would be a problem in bad weather

Airport parking at Newcastle is very poorly signposted. Never saw any staff to speak to. I've used the park and fly service which is much better and only used the long stay car as this service wasn't available.

Very poorly sign posted, had to pay extra £4 following satnav due to poor signage, poor signage out of car park to retinal. On return the auto barriers are poorly signed ( you have to pull right up and I mean right up, finnalt got to exit barrier and the machine took my ticket and asked for another £86. It looks as if the whole set up was done as cheaply as possible and it Showa.

Very straight forward booking, competitive pricing and ease of use at the airport. Had booking confirmation on my phone + a printed copy in case! None needed as simply took ticket on arrival at airport inserted ticket upon return and drove home Couldn't have been simpler

We always use Holiday Extras to park our car at Newcastle Airport.Everything is as described and we have never had any problems.We do prefer to use the meet and greet option as if the weather is bad or you have an early or late flight it's so much easier and quicker to pick up the car.If you use the long stay car park you do have to sometimes walk quite a while to collect your car.

Both of the drivers were so helpful, I was travelling with my elderly mother and the drivers loaded our luggage onto the curtesy bus and unloaded for us at the other end, which helped me enormously, as i could concentrate on getting my mother on and off the bus safely with her walking stick.

Booked the Long Stay at Newcastle Airport which is supposed to have a courtesy bus service but this was not running so involved a very long walk to the terminal with luggage which would have been impossible for anyone with mobility problems.

Happily, there was a bus from the car park to the airport. The way back however, was not well marked for pedestrians so had quite a detour on foot, and had to walk on the road, no footpaths in the main. I also ended up walking through the 'no pedestrians' bit as I could not work out how to walk to my car.
