No problems at all.Have you considered using email for the car key receipt? Could be handy if people had it on a mobile phne when collecting the car? Second time I have used the new terminal at NCL .... I thought the first time the directions were a bit poor so the second time wasn't as bad but having said that an earlier warning / direction sign wouldn't go amiss.

The new Meet and Greet building was very impressive. On arrival staff were very helpful and booking in went smoothly. On return from holiday once again staff were helpful with keys returned and clear directions to find my car. On opening the car I first noticed the foot mats in the back had had dirt on them the car had been thoroughly cleaned for setting off on holiday the driver foot mat had a rubber foot mat on top of it this was pushed up over the foot pedals which had to be corrected before the car could be driven. I understand that all drivers are not the same size and that the drivers seat may need to be moved but why was were both front seats moved ? Then I cannot find any justification why there was any need to change my heater controls and radio setting. As been the first to use your premium meet and greet, everything went well better location and not hidden away like the last one, with the new desk looks more professional than a Porto cabin when paying for champagne you don’t expect wine and under cover walk over to airport is also a plus would recommend and definitely use again since already booked in to use Christmas

Our first time in that particular car park but all went fine, until we came back. During our 2 weeks away they whole system changed and they were in a new building, but all was good when we realised what was going on.

first time using meet and greet very friendly staff would use it again only one down fall was had to find car got my key then had to walk around looking for car surely staff should no what flights are due in and should be able to tell people where there cars are but would use again as very close to entrance

Very easy to park and hand the keys over to the friendly staff, plus it was a short 30 second walk to the terminal. On returning the I simply picked my keys up and went to my car which was waiting for me.

Very friendly and helpful. We have used holiday extras a few time now and have no complaints at all. We fly from Newcastle airport regularly for our holidays and cannot fault the staff. This time I had forgotten my sunglasses in car, they were in process of moving my car to car park, the lad got on radio and got his mate to bring my sunglasses. Thanks!!

The car park position right next to the terminal building was great and easy to find, however when returning from our holiday we got to the car to find it covered with a thick layer of dust not just normal dust but industrial type, the type you get if you park right next to a building site with demotion going on We feel that as we paid a premium to park closer to the terminal we shouldn't be expected to return to our car in the state it was Not very happy with the situation, as I've said before, as we paid extra than what we could of to enhance the holiday experience not to spoil it at the end Hopefully I'll receive a reply Thanks

The area where we park is excellent, the staff are quite grumpy, as I asked them if they could not change all the seat setting in the car, could they use the screen saying other driver but they were not happy, consequently the seat setting were are all changed.
