Got to barrier after long flight put our ticket in the machine and low and behold it says we owe£400 waited and waited for help and then she says can't find our booking waited again with cars beeping at us then asked do you have booking reference get out of car to find paper work now we wait again for her to check it stress stress stress

Very helpful staff at Short Run. Secure parking and a fast bus transfer. Proper checks made on those getting on board the bus to make sure you are in the right place. A good all round experience.

finding the Luton long stay car park was easy and transport both to and from airport smooth. Arrived back around midnight and tried to leave the car park ahead of my time and my ticket was taken and then advised I owed £240 for parking. I pressed the help button and it was resolved, however, seems to be a frequent issue looking at reviews, I wonder if it's to catch tired people out who just want to get home! an issue that needs to be fixed as this ruined the overall experience for me.

Having the app as well, which seems to work well, official. Booked parking at good price, issues after with the booking, something somewhere doesn't work but I ll assume is the car parking company(which solved me pretty quick, without even getting out of the car). So max score from me this time.

Generally, I was pleased with the ease of booking. however, when we left the car park the system did not recognise my car or the ticket so we had trouble exiting the car park. We had to call for assistance which delayed and frustrated our departure.

When the barrier let us into the car park it was raining so much that it printed the incorrect registration number on our ticket. I phoned the help line who explained when we returned not to put the ticket in the machine but to press the buzzer and explain the situation and give them the booking reference. We did this when we returned and it was also the early hours of the morning and the lady could not have been more helpful or cheerful. We gave her the booking reference and the barrier went up with a very cheerful goodbye. She made my day how lovely she was.

Having pre paid £43 My ticket was rejected when I attempted to leave I was told I had to pay £196 before I could leave Only after speaking to a member of Staff on the intercom I Was able to leave. This was frustrating after a long flight back

On return got on long stay bus. I was parked directly opposite Bus stop 4. I got up from my Seay and moved to the door ready to get off. Driver did not stop, I shouted for him to stop his reply you have to ring bell he continued to drive to next stop before letting me off. He said he could not stop in road as he may block traffic. THERE WAS NO OTHER TRAFFIC in the car park.. He had stopped at all 3 stops and nobody had rung the bell . I assumed he would be checking the passengers left on bus and seeing if passengers were getting ready to get off. Ignorant foreigner.

Bus pick up was great. The problems arose at the exit to car park. One was not functioning properly. It was not clear that my prepaid bar code had registered and that I could exit if pressing the button. Need clearer instructions on web site.

Fabulous online booking service for carpark. No worries on exit as ticket was registered as fully paid. So glad I purchased the extra of the car Park delayed arrival this £1.99 extra saved me a whole day's car parking due to our delayed flight home. Would highly recommend and be purchasing again ????

No immediate telephone contact for booking. I wanted to speak to someone. Everything is now done through chat on-line. Upon collecting my car and inserting the ticket at the barrier I was informed I had £380 to pay. Then having contacted help I was told to remove card and barrier opened. Unnecessary delay and annoying. This is the first time of many bookings that I have had problems.

When leaving car park, I put ticket in machine and it asked for payment of £268.00. I had prepaid, the staff on telecom was very helpful and pleasant and took registration number and said all paid for. This is second time this has happened, which is a bit of a shock when put ticket in machine.

I was charged an extra £28 when leaving, due to leaving at 17:00 instead of 13:00. When booking my flight numbers were entered the parking times were automatically booked i.e. to arrive at 04:30. So I would assume the leaving time would be correct. I also booked late leaving insurance, I would assume this covers this event.?
