Very long wait for car to be delivered on return. We called as instructed when collecting luggage, but had to wait over 20 minutes at pickup point. Would have been much quicker (and cheaper) to have parked in the multi-storey opposite the terminal. Car was also covered in a thick layer of dust when returned.

First time I've used parking at Liverpool and compared to Manchester seemed disorganised. Had to wait outside for approx 20 mins both on arrival and departure and having paid for Meet and Greet I wasn't impressed

The Meet and Greet was a disgrace. When we arrived back at liverpool at 01.30 on sunday morning we were told that we were expected back on saturday night, despite the booking form showing clearly that we were due back on Sunday. By the time the car had been retrieved, we had been standing in the cold for half an hour. To cap it all, when the car arrived with all the discussion about the booking and loading the car up we had gone over the free period and had to pay an extra £2 to get out of the car park.

I booked a Meet and Greet at Liverpool airport. I phoned as requested after I had picked up our luggage and it took 30 mins for my car to arrive. In that time I could have caught a bus to the long term car park and been on my way.
