Can't improve, unless you do away with issuing a ticket... just recognise the car, let me in, let me leave! Introducing the ticket only introduces the risk of loosing it... also you ckaim some eco creds too...

Everything went smoothly, car park was very, very busy. It was Grand National weekend and also school holidays. We had to walk a little further than usual but this was still only about 7/8 minutes.

Excellent experience,very cost effective deal .i had to drive around the car parks to find a space as around the Hamton Hotel I couldn't find an empty bay but there was plenty available to the left as you first enter through the barriers which weren't obvious on entry .As long as you leave yourself plenty of time ,it's only a minor problem. Will use again in future.

All good as usual. Only thing was on our way to the airport from Bolton the motoway was closed when we were to come of to the airport. But that was not holiday extras fault. Other than that was brilliant thank you.
