The entry barrier did not recognise my number plate. I took a ticket from the entry point but it was not recognised on return, this causes big problems late at night. I have used this system at least 25 times with same registration. Very tedious

We have used Holiday Extras for airport parking for a number of years now and are really pleased with the whole process. From booking through the internet, contacting the team to discuss any problems on line to the actual parking everything has always gone very smoothly. I would have no problem recommending this service to anyone. A very professional, value for money.

When booked a wrong time was on the booking for leaving the car park for some reason, i contacted the online chat and this was apparently amended but upon leaving the car park i it was asking for £100 when contacting the car park they then said i needed to pay 15£ as the time hadn't been changed. after 10/15 of explaining i was let out of the car park but i find this very unacceptable at 1am with a one year old tired baby. this service was booked to help the flight time situation but was totally the opposite
