All smooth though fact bus visits all terminals means need to allow plenty of time for transfers.

Actual car parking went well but when I asked to extend my stay by one day (due to flight change) I was quoted an additional £251. I therefore cancelled and rebooked....at an additional £150 to the original cost....for ONE day! Banditry.

We were very pleased with the parking we booked. Convenient for the airport easy to find very quick and efficient staff very helpful when we arrived and on our return. Will highly recommend this parking.

Easy to find Purple Parking and quick handover. Transfer direct to Terminal on departure. Bit of a wait on return for transfer and trip around Heathrow before return. Car ready on arrival and no problems. Easy and straightforward, good price would probably use again.

Purple Parking charged us extra because our car was a van even though there were much bigger vehiclkes in the car park than our small VW CAddy, disgusting.

Whilst the drop off and pick up were both quick and efficient at Purple Parking, the bus transfer to and from T2 was not good. Insufficient luggage space on the crowded bus, both ways. In addition the service I booked was Park and Ride T2 T3 and yet on both trips on the bus to and from the airport, we had to take the long trip to T5. It took tooling on a crowded bus without enough space for luggage. I will not use again.

Not a bad service. The return bus from the terminal was longer than expected to get back to your premises to pick up our car. Via terminal 3 and 5 from our pick up point at T2. Someone appears to have had a good rummage around in my boot for some reason. It was only a rucksack with a defibrillator and trauma pack in but it was all over the place in there. Thankfully that was still there but please keep an eye on this.

It was not a bad experience but I think I'll try and park in the short stay car park at Heathrow next time - my car had been parked in an area exposed to the elements and was all frosted up so I couldnt get away quickly - my flight was delayed by an hour so it was late and I just wanted to be off quickly. The bus was okay - a bit long winded coming back from the terminal as it called at T3 and T5 which added even more time to my journey. Staff and bus drivers were very friendly and efficient though - thank you. The park and ride scheme at Bristol was a much better experience as its a smaller airport and I would definitely use that again

Buses only every 30 mins therefore wasted 30 mins standing waiting for buse to airport .Return journey was even worse as we were outside with a long Wait at the airport waiting for bus to arrive to take us back to car park. Times transport leaves could be published so that customers could plan there arrival

From arriving at Purple Parking to leaving, everything went very smoothly, easy drop off, staff polite & helpful at check in, on the bus to terminal and drop off, we especially found it helpful that we got off at T2 and caught the bus back at T3, and the same bus services these terminals as well as T5, on arrival back the car was waiting in a location close to reception, polite staff again and off home, very easy, will definitely use Purple Parking in the future again, till next time.

Car park Post code pretty useless for a Sat Nav, but not their fault Google maps found it better. Quick and easy car drop off and bus service to and from the terminal.

The service is good but the buses could be a bit more frequent. Both going to and from the airport we had to wait around 15-20 minutes for the bus to come which is a long time when you’re desperate to get home after a long flight

Good price so not expecting perfection. Drop off great. Pick up was a frustrating 40 mins wait at stop + 25 mins drive. But if I wanted better, I could have paid more!! My choice.

Unfortunately you charged me twice although resolved over the chatline you have not refunded the full amount overcharged, so now I have to chase that. But the facilities and process at the car park was spot on and the transfer to and from the airport was excellent also. As a lone traveller, I felt very safe, car park very well lit, and looked after, as all the staff were very welcoming.

Staff were very good, but some customers first principles could be adopted. Dependable, Easy To Do Business With, Make Me Feel Special, Personalised and Transparent. I know the staff are very busy but the staff just seemed to be very cold towards the customer

I had a terrible experience with the bus driver on my journey to the airport. I had made a mistake, and he was rude and unhelpful, and made me feel awful. I had to pay £22 for a taxi from terminal 5 to terminal 2

All went ok until returning to Heathrow. While crossing the road to get to the bus stop, the Purple Parking bus went straight past without stopping. There was already someone waiting at the stop but the driver did not stop. The other passenger twice had to ring Purple Parking before another bus arrived about 25 minutes later. By that time, there were numerous people waiting at the various terminals and the bus became very overfull with passengers. Some passengers were standing very close to the door at the front of the bus. No communication from the driver whatsoever. Having encountered rudeness from Purple Parking staff on a previous booking, I will certainly not use them again.

Not an easy location, as the car park was on one side of the busy A4, and we came from the other direction, so we had to go a long way to turn round as no U turns allowed. The main problem, which was probably mentioned in paperwork was the transfer buses only went twice an hour which was a worry going in as we were late due to traffic problems. We also had to wait 20 minutes for collection and the bus then went to all of the other terminals including 5 which took a long time. Next time we would prefer parking for the particular terminal and more frequent transfer times.

Easy drop off of car and only a short wait for the transfer to the terminal. Return transfer bus was very full that some could not get on at T5. But busses are about every 20 minutes. Car ready for collection with clear instruction as to where it was parked.

Too far from LHR T2, difficult to spot so we missed it first time round, entrance very tricky. Service ok on way out but on the way back the bus took 20 mins or more and then took us all the way out to T4 before dropping us off at the parking. We will NEVER took this one again, ever.
