All was good with parking, however careless driving meant that a bus nearly went into the back of a car and we were all flung forward as the driver braked. It was not the fault of the car as your driver seemed to speed up even though the cars brake lights were on. Never had this with any transfer before and it has put me off using you again

The parking went smoothly. The survey questionnaire was less smooth - I think you could personalise the email invitation so that you actually refer to the service I booked with you. You have assumed that I pay attention to your brand as opposed to the brand of the parking solution I chose.

Hi, Service on arrival was fine but not great at pickup. I was there 40 minutes before the arranged time and waited about 15-20 minutes for my car to be provided. The staff member's attitude suggested the delay was 'my fault' for turning up early. But with air travel it is difficult to be precise about an expected arrival time. It would be good to know what I could do to avoid such difficulties in future. Should I book the earliest possible arrival time? If I did then arrive an hour or so late would additional charges apply?

Difficulty to find even using Google but eventually found place . Wasn’t sure what to do and where office is after parking car . Managed to find someone to ask after loitering . Coming back was easy wait for bus and hope into my car Will definately use you again

Was more expensive than I was expecting- would have been cheaper to get hotel plus parking which seems silly. Had to cancel original booking for Gatwick and switch to Heathrow ( travel agency change of flight) Price jumped up so voucher didn’t cover it

Easy and efficient booking, drop off and transfer to terminal 2. But return transfer long and tedious roundabout tour of Heathrow picking up heavy load of returning passengers and luggage T2, T3 & T5 seemed longer than the flight!

We don't normally use Heathrow and it was very frustrating trying to find the car park, we went round in circles for half an hour and then rang them. They immediately gave us another postcode and confirmed it is a regular problem! If that is the case why not put the correct postcode on the website? With the new postcode we went straight there and were told you shouldn't use sat nav, everyone gets lost! Very helpful! We have still just booked Stansted parking for September and at least there we know where we are going.

Please send the bus to terminal 2 and 3 and then back to car park. The trip from 2 to 5 is so long. And we didn’t pick anyone from 5. Very tiring ???? and not in the mood to have a long trip with the bus around the airport.

Purple parking shuttle service does not operate over night. You need to make clear on app booking the times of the shuttle especially if someone has an early morning flight.

Very happy with the customer journey with Holiday Extras. From the day of booking, there was communication via email which was reassuring. Drop off and pick up ran very smooth. Price was quite high, but it was a better rate than going via Heathrow Airport directly.

All was fine as we used purple parking at Heathrow , check in went smoothly and bus dropped us off at terminal 2 fine Coming back was another issue Firstly having missed a bus as it was full at terminal 2 then journey back to the car park Stopping at terminal3 , and then terminal 5 took 45 minutes. It took longer to get to my car than from the plane and through baggage collection , we have used holiday extras many times and purple parking but unless they change bus routes will not use this again

The return to car park experience is awful. Almost impossible to find the return bus stop in T2 (why dont you tell customers its printed on the key deposit slip?) and the bus only goes every 25-30 minutes and then goes round between T2 and T3. Then - depending on where you sit on the bus you have a long queue to recover your keys. So overall - anything up to 1 hour to get to your vehicle from exiting the terminal. After a tiring flight - that's way too long and inefficient....its cheap - but its a waste of time

Easy to use this service. Efficient at the office handover of keys. The returns bus took about 30 mins to get from the terminal to the parking and the bus was completely full. At one terminal some passengers could not get onto the bus as it was full. At peak times I suggest separate busses for one or maybe two terminals rather than one bus for all terminals.

It is unfortunate now that lockdown has finished that you don’t provide a more regular service to all Terminals. On arrival to go from T 2 to T3 And finally to T5 and then to have to get back to the Car Park takes nearly 3/4 hour when all you want to do is get home as soon as possible

When booked the car in I asked whether they could charge my car so it would be ready for our return, was informed yes the car can be charged, that was the reason I booked this car park, however after asking when I arrived was told they couldn’t charge my car, wasn’t impressed as after a 12 hr flight had to find a place to charge the car which delayed me getting home by 1.5 hrs.

Instructions easy to follow to car park. Very easy drop off and pick up process. Bus ride was good either way. Coming back I was worried about delays with a toddler getting our keys back but no issues and staff progressed returns very fast.

Unfortunately the shuttle bus drove straight through the terminal bus park so I did not have a chance to catch this one and I was not prepared to wait another 30 minutes for the next to return to the purple parking, so I had to get a taxi at extra cost which is not acceptable after a long journey. I have used Heathrow long stay in the past and I will use again.

i have used Purple parking many times in the past however this time the transfer back from the airport took forever, nearly an hour picked up at T2 then went to every single terminal landed at 8.30 got to my car at 10.05 wont be using them again
