We picked up our car after 14 days and one of my wing mirrors was hit! I didn't notice it on the spot only on the motorway when travelling with high speed. The mirror wasn't broken and my husband managed to put it to the correct position. What a disappointing experience ....

Have parked with Purple Parking many times before and has always been really smooth. This one however took us a very long time to find - almost an hour driving around - and it was super stressful. Please update the directions sent through by Holiday Extras. There are now TWO Premier Inns on different Bath Roads!

All went well and purple parking staff very helpful. Still difficulties finding you. I have told others to use the post code for Premier Inn next door. 17 Bath Road does not come up in my Sat nav and 14/16 are miles away!

Expensive and not very well sign posted when you enter and coach drivers not very clued up procedures: where to collect return bus from etc. Alright going but returning can be a bit problematic if you dont have a mobile.

The paint work of my car (the bonnet in particular but also the roof) has been badly damaged as if by some form of acid whilst parked for around 2 and a half weeks at Purple Parking-Heathrow. I will need help from Holiday Extras to pursue a legal claim for compensation. I collected the car last night (12 July) at about 9pm when it was growing dark after a 20 hour journey. The lighting where you collect your car at Purple Parking, 17 Bath Road, Heathrow, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2AL is not sufficiently good to notice damage to paintwork. I have parked with PP at the same address in the past and not had any problems. I am aware from social media comments that other PP customers have come back to damaged cars or considerable additional mileage on the clock. I would certainly book with Holiday Extras if I receive support in resolving this issue. I would also consider PP as it is convenient if I receive appropriate compensation for the damage. (I have, of course, taken photos and also have recent photos of the car which have date stamps on them) Separately, I would recommend that HE always automatically sends reminders of parking bookings, say 72 hours in advance. On this occasion, for some reason I am not entirely clear about, I had two concurrent bookings. One with Reeds Service Park (with whom I've never had a problem) and the 2nd with Purple Parking. It seems I had made the first booking some months ago and then forgotten about it. The net result was that Reeds were expecting me on 26 June but i drove to Purple Parking as that was a more recent booking I had made as my business schedule had changed. The error cost me about £100 as obviously Reeds were expecting my arrival and I was taking up one of their spaces. If I'd had an automated reminder from HE I could have cancelled this booking as I had paid cancellation waiver. Be grateful for HE comments on why I did not get the automated reminders ahead of a car parking arrival which I have had in the past. Sincerely, Adrian

Everything went smoothly and professionally from Parking the car to picking it up. On the waY back, I went to bus stop 17 and bus was there in5 minutes. Definitely recommend this car park bcoz of verY reasonable price & a short distance from Terminal 2/3.

Exactly as described, Purple Parking at Heathrow T2 came up trumps yet again with helpful, courteous staff, my car parked exactly where they said not would be. Next week I'm off to Berlin and have already booked my car into their Luton Slip End car park when hopefully I'll get the same good service.

The wait for the bus was long both ways. At least full 20 minutes wait heading to the airport but over 30 minutes wait heading back. Arriving late with a mile drive you just want to be on your way not waiting in a smelly bus queue for ages with no clue when the transportation will come.

Arrival, everything fine, it was 03:30 so didn't expect any problems. Upon on return at 22:00 called number, advised to go to bus stop 17, bus runs every 20 minutes. Waited for over an hour, no answer on number just automated message. Asked driver what was the problem, promptly told don't talk to me about complaints, speak to the office. Obviously not the first to complain. Upon return nobody in the office so just took keys and went.

Easy drop of the car and shuttle in time. Negative side: I arrived at 23 (late bag arrival) went to bus stop 17 where is a paper saying the hours and phone numbers of purple car park waited around 20 minutes and no bus show up. Couldn’t make a phone call from my phone so went back to the loft area to use a cabin phone (unsuccessful) Go back to the stop around 23:30. Waited until midnight and no other bus showed up. Make another phone call (successfully) and I’m told that isn’t more shuttle and I need to go by taxi. Payed extra £20 and on arrival to the car park I was told the last bus arrived at 23:30.

checking car in no problem, on return I tried to phone the number on the back of the card to say that I had arrived, it came up as call failed and then tried the number at the bus stop number 17 same again. Fortunately a bus did come along but if it was late at night and a lady on her own not very impressed

We had a very long wait for the bus to turn up at Heathrow to take us back to the car park. We just missed the minibus and saw it pull away as we got to the stop, it was at least a 30min wait till another arrived, not as regular as they stated which is a shame as all else was very good. The staff even helped us with our luggage as i was traveling with my sister who was on crutches so was pretty useless when it came to wheeling any suitcases!

The directions to the car park was good and arriving at reception we were welcomed by the reception staff and given clear instructions as to where to park my car, we then had a short walk to the bus which took us into the terminal, on return we were collected within minutes and taken back to the car park to collect my car , again the operation was very effective collecting my car keys from reception where I was instructed as to where my car was parked which was only a few steps away from the reception area, overall an excellent process at a reasonable price.

Just landed yesterday to find my sunglasses missing from my car. I reported and been told that I shouldn’t keep any valuable items in the car, well I left the phone charger and the spare wheel too. If there is a 24/7 civilian camera then you should find out who took it. I usually use your parking at least 10 times a year. And this is the first time something like this happens. Please do investigate this and I would like to know what your next step up. The missing sunglasses are blue raybans with a unique titanium frame.
