No, waited for some time on pick up our return following my call to confirm arrival. Eventually a direct parking bus arrived and only when we asked the driver did he advise he would drop us at park n fly. Not a very professional experience

the company were very sympathetic when i lost my car keys, the gave me plenty of time to retreive another set from my home and gave me a bus trip from the airport with no other passengers to collect

Bus driver on the way out was very polite and helped with our case. The driver on the way back was most unhelpful just sat in his cabin issuing orders where to place our cases.

drivers of buses were very helpful as we had 3 cases and a pram with my 3 year old granddaughter. Drivers both ways helped my son with luggage to allow me to deal with my granddaughter

Really useful and simple to use website that provided the exact information about park and fly with fantastic step by step details maps and photos of the parking facilities which were truly excellent and the bus service provide was easy to use and staff super efficient and very friendly waited seconds for pick up and drop off straight outside of terminal would strongly recommend park and fly and definitely use them again without hesitation in fact wouldn't use any other service other than park and fly or holiday extras

Excellent, we always like the freedom of being able to chose where to park and keep our own keys. Transfer bus was waiting to take us on arrival and on return a quick phone call and the bus arrived within 5 minutes. Excellent service.
