This was not a good experience. On the outbound journey, we waited for 20 minutes before the bus left the carpark. On the return journey, we waited 20 minutes for the bus to pick us up at the bus stop. I guess they wait for a near-full bus rather than ferrying individual parties. However, they should not advertise as being 5 minutes from the airport when the process actually takes 25 minutes. Staff were polite, the car park itself was fine.

An excellent service, secure parking and an immediate transfer to the airport, on our return we phoned and the bus was there within minutes with again an immediate return to our car, we were also impressed that there were no extra charges although we’d had to amend our times slightly. We will definitely use this service again.

Drop off was very quick, left for the airport as soon as we got to the Park n' Fly parking area. Pick Up - it was difficult to find the phone to use at the airport to contact Park n' Fly to Pick-Up. Mobile did not work. Phone was located on the wall in the main area of the airport.

Every thing went well. Quick and staff very helpful and friendly. Only thing was on return to Glasgow we were looking for a the bus to our park and did not know due to the time of return the bus was a Parkfast one as you pick up guests for each others car parks. We had to ask the driver of this bus
