When we got to barrier it did not lift. We had to call for help but this was sorted quickly.

Only one thing which is probably my fault I under estimated the flight time as we were delayed so couldn't get out the car park due to being 15 minutes late

Ok till leaving the car park when gate read the vrm and came up we owed £165 when had been paid in full months ago. Helpful man in the office looked at the paperwork and adjusted it phew

Not totally. I was "auto-greeted"at the barrier on arrival and issued a ticket to use when exiting. However on our return when I reached the exit barrier, although it obviously recognised my registration and greeted me accordingly it also told me to enter a card to pay the £265 that I owed them!!...not impressed. Sorry. I cannot, however, find any fault with the excellent service that I received from Holiday Extras.

Got let in OK on the date and time that I requested but when it came to leave was not able to leave until I had paid a further £185.00. Obviously I called for assistance to resolve this matter which took time to sort while I was blocking the exit gate. I have used you for this type of service at several Airport car parks with no problems , this is my first and possibly last time at north terminal Gatwick.

We had to call for assistance when we got to barrier when leaving car park as our car reg was not recognised but call answered quickly and once we gave our surname barrier was lifted for us.

Once again, on leaving the North Terminal car park, the barrier would not lift up and the machine said I owed £275 ! So, park up and go to Customer Service, where I was told ‘yet another pre-booking !! It was resolved on production of my booking print-out. Please try harder !

Once again we had to report to the office as our car number plate had not been recognised and wanted £205 for our 10 nights stay. At 2:00am after a long flight we did not want this. We were told as last time that the barrier was not working when we came in. This was months ago. We have booked again for November but will think again for our next trip.

When we arrived back from our holiday, we were unable to leave the carpark as our ticket didn't seem to work, so had to back the car up and go into the office. We were not the only people having problems, everyone was.

Everything was OK on entry. Exit was a bit of a problem not being able to scan the ticket. The help button was applied with a very dour voice on the other end. Fortunately I had my paper work with my booking reference number to exit

The parking numbering and related bus stops may be simple to those working the system but for a one off visit diabolical. The road marking exit signs poorly painted and signs in short supply. I am talking about the NORTH TERMINAL. The south terminal was okay the last time we used it.

The only problem was that the car registration number was not recognised on our exit and I had to go to the office and the guy there sorted out the problem and we were on our way home.

Yes staff helpful and apart from exiting things went well. Only criticism is that on every occasion always have a problem when leaving ticket obtained on entry doesn't let you exit always have to get assistance in office. Shows charge due!!

Zones full on arrival, clear zones blocked off so everyone just driving round and round and on return at 1am in the morning barrier would not open and attendant said had to pay as our reg no not in the system. Fine after I showed paperwork. A shambles

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN A MONTH THAT AT THE BARRIER TO EXIT THE CAR PARK IT ASKED ME TO PAY. I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO SHOW I HAD PAID. THE OLD MACHINES WORKED FINE.

Excellent price. No problems entering the car park. Ticket wouldn't open the barrier and said it wanted payment. I had to go to the office to get to them raise the barrier. This has happened before on a previous occasion. Nevertheless will use your service again

Slow process finding a space on arrival but once parked no long delay for the transfer bus. A bit of trouble with the barrier when leaving but soon resolved by helpful cheerful staff.

New machines at the Car Park would not recognize my ticket so had to go into the office to sort it out. The man inside said there were a few teething problems with the machines and it would soon be sorted out.

I booked here in June and September both times had to press for assistance and prove my paperwork the bill this time was over pound so had to prove paperwork that said it was pre booked and pre paid. Never had these issues before only this year twice good job I print the paperwork otherwise I would have had a big problem. Previous years it's recognised number plate let me in and out no problem.

When leaving Gatwick north terminal the machine did not recognise our ticket,it wanted £165.Had to go into building and explain to the assistant that we had already pre paid.He eventually allowed us to leave without further payment.
