Everything was as we expected - good and friendly service and prompt return of the car

The staff were helpful but we had to wait 45mins for them to return our car back to us, we called them at 2.30am and we got the car a 3.15am not very impressed

Staff answered phone promptly. Extremely helpful. Have used holiday extras in the past and have always ended up booking either hotels or car parks with them. Would certainly recommend them.

The parking is a great service and we were not kept waiting to pick the car up either which was great. Drop off is near the Sofitel hotel. Don’t go into the short stay car park. This needs to be made very clear on the instructions.

It took rather longer than usual for our car rto be returned (20 mins from calling), however given the local traffic conditions I am not surprised. What would have been helpful would have been if the delivery driver had warned us of the major traffic disruption / road closure on the M23. Help me Park were also unaware of the amendment (confirmed by Holiday Extras) changing the outward flight day. They were however very accommodating when seeing your confirmation.
