The mobile number given to call 10 minutes before was switched off. On arrival at Gatwick South I phoned and it took 30 minutes for someone to meet up. It was cold, waiting in the car for them. Efficient service, from that point on - and the return meet and greet went like a dream - good staff.

When we arrived at the airport someone was there within 5 minutes to collect our car. On return we only waited 10 minutes after calling for our car to be brought to us. We were very pleased with the service and will use again.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous. My only observation is that my drivers seat was adjusted, from my usual position, in every way imaginable. I appreciate that the seat has to be adopted for the best position for individuals but the driver who brought my car back was about the same height as me. A small observation and we will be using your service again.

Only problem was the member of staff seemed in a hurry to get papers signed without asking me to look around my car but I signed he left and when I went to my drivers side there was mud on the tyres and splashed up the side seemed to have been driven through a very muddy area

This was the first time we have used meet and great and for Me it's the best way to park your car you ring them minutes away from the airport and someone is waiting for you at your terminal they take some photos of your car and away you go to enjoy your holiday and it's the same when you get back just give them a call when you have your luggage and they meet you outside where you drop off the car I was very happy with this service and would recommend it to my friends ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Very smooth process, rang mins before arriving at Gatwick and gentleman was waiting for us when we arrived. Called after clearing customs on our return and car was delivered within 5 or mins. Very polite and friendly staff, have used similar services before and this was definitely one of the best.
