Easy to find ,park and get to airport

Drove up to barrier , opened let us straight in no problem. App and emails kept upto dare . Very easy to use and safe. Suggestion maybe colour zone /isle where car is as we got off the bus in car park 1 long stay but couldn't find the car for a while. It was 1am and hard to see in dark.

Parking was easy. Luckily we didn't have to pay any late fees due to our flight being 3 hours late,because of the adverse weather in Spain. This doesn't happen every time though. That's why I pay the extra fee to ensure I get any monies repaid to me.

Our Ryan air flight was cancelled- your site directed me to a telephone number to call - this linked to an automated message saying this is an unused line - not v helpful So I arrived back x3 days late and the ticket machine demanded £60 to let me out I paid but the barrier refused to rise and I then had to go to the next exit - pay another £60 then it let me out ouch!
