NO. I couldn't get out of the car park and had to get assistance. I was told in future although if booked online i had to register when I entered the car park. Why should I book online in future?

I paid for my parking on line, but when I arrived the machine did not read my reg so on my return it tried to charge me again. All was resolved fairly quickly though.

The Quickpark experience was not good at all.There were no clear instructions on where the shuttle bus would pick us up on our return which meant we took 40 minutes to find the pick up point at terminal 1. The payment/exit process was chaotic and having to have your ticket validated in the office before being able to leave the car park meant having to walk in the rain to do this. Other drivers were confused as to what they were supposed to do which meant we spent 20 minutes in a queue to exit the car park. We will never use Quick Park again

Not quite as despite the advice to clear ticket at reception it is unclear as to how to do this and the bus driver did not say anything, did not stop at the entrance but simply drove us to the parking area. This caused delays when leaving the car park with a prepaid ticket.

all you need for airport parking.directions to airport from the north could have been easier and quicker via swords which we took on the way home!

I think your confirmation email could contain more information regarding ticketing and details on having your parking tickets validated prior to attempting to exit the car park. Otherwise everything went well. Thanks you

We are just returning from a trip from Lanzarote. We travelled 3 hours in the middle of the night and we were happy all the instructions given by your site for directions to the carpark were perfect. Car was as we left it & on return travel,we did not have to wait long for our bus from the airport to the carpark.Very good service; I will return again :)

Not easy on exit you have to get out of car and validate ticket in badly lit area.Dangerous at late night exit.Just hassle why you cannot just put ticket in and leave.Having prepaid just more hassle when one is tired .

Yes, we did await bus longer than we thought and one bus that was waiting the driver was extremely unhelpful. Directions were hazy to the actual car park.

I had a little trouble get out of car park. Had got confirmation with me. Asked the attendant to look for my details on computer, he made a hassle about this only one on duty and was going to charge me again. I stood my ground and asked him again to check computer to confirm that I had already paid he eventually agreed. Not a very polite gentleman

The bus to the carpark is located in Terminal 1, I arrived into T2 and had to walk with heavy luggage. We had to wait for 15 mins for the bus to leave...it was overcrowded. The bus driver did not call out the numbers and where I was located on the bus could not see out of the window....on the way out we were told to go to one bus stop and the bus bypassed us, we had to walk to the next one with our luggage and catch the bus. Also not happy that I had to pay in GBP....

The the service was very good and staff very helpful and no delays. I was disappointed when I got my visa bill I did not know I was charged in sterling, very disappointed, extra charge. We are going on holiday in October for over two weeks and I would use ye again but not if its sterling charge.

You need better directions and signs to show customers where to find the parking. We had trouble when leaving as we put the ticket in it said we owed 93.00 Euro which was a shock as we had paid online. The reason for this was because we were unaware that the ticket had to be validated before leaving.

We were v. disappointed with the check in and particularly check out. All other car parks work on the ticket in and out. I had to get out in torrential rain go to your office, talk mto a lad you was asleep as I had been asked for 83 euro at the gate.

Only bad side at 1am on the way out the card reader said I owed 55 euro on parking when I had already paid for it, but the man in the office solved issue really quick. A bit of a hike up to Terminal 1 from Terminal 2 to get the bus, but hopefully there will be a bus stop at terminal 2 next time.

You need number plate recognition at the entrance. The scanner didn't recognise the barcode I had on my email. And having to go and ge the email in the first place wasn't quick and convenient for me

This was a very easy and great service. I was not in the car park more than 5 mins and I was in route to the airport, which took no longer than 3 mins. On return there was a bus waiting and again very quick and easy. And with in ten mins I was on my route home. Fantastic service many thanks.
