Twice I have used this service and twice the bar code entry has failed. This is an inconvenience as you have to get got and go into the office. While it's a handy car park and the bus is quick and easy to use, it is a pain to have to go into the office when a bar code entry is to avoid this

When we arrived at quick park we could not get the barrier to open, we had to call for assistance, we were told we had the wrong code. But after we got in and got parked we had no worries about our car

The bar code did not scan in either direction so needed help from the attendant, but the great thing was that they were quickly on hand and the buses were frequent.

Found it difficult to find the carpark. We actually entered the airport complex, and circled round, untill someone directed us to the park. A SIGN AT THE AIRPORT ENTRANCE ROUNDABOUT WOULD HELP GREATLY.

No the barrier did not lift for us to get out of the carparlk the hotel would not accept the reference no only the emsail my phone had not been charged so I could no excess the email this was all very frustrating after traveling from Australia?! Also we had to wait 25 mins on the shuttle bus

When travelling back I could not find my car. The staff on site pick us up in a car and took us straight to were our car was parked saving us at least an hour trying to find it!! Couldn't of done anything better.

Yes, everything very nice. A little confusing finding the exit. Also signs TO the parking were a little absent and we went the wrong way twice and had to stop and ask for directions once. Smooth procedure and shuttles easily available.

No not everything went smoothly. When we arrived everything was fine we were dropped off at terminal two to catch our flight and were told by the driver that we would be picked up were we were dropped off. Upon our return we went to the position that we were dropped off to watch four qpark buses go by without stopping to pick us up or to offer any assistance. The fifth driver however did stop and informed that no pick ups are made from terminal two which is information contrary to what was told to us on our arrival. We did then walk up to terminal one and were picked up. When we reached your car park the supervisor then boarded the bus and proceeded to stick up A4 posters informing people of this information. I did go into the office and complain about this to be met with "it's on our website". The girl who was behind the counter then informed me that the supervisor was behind me who was also the same person who was hastily erecting the A4 posters on the bus. When I told him the same I was met with "you can send an email" so no I won't be using your car park again or recommending it to anyone else as the customer support was less than acceptable. Would I be happy for you to publish my comments? Very much so, however I don't think you will but would you be happy for me to publish my comments about quick park?

The transfers to and from the airport were efficient and the journey time was better than for other parks which I have tried. I booked twice by mistake and the attendant in the office was very helpful. He suggested that I contact you for a refund of one of the payments but not sure how to do this

The staff were very helpful as I had issues during my exit. Placed the issued ticket to exit and was informed I would have to pay an additional €34. This was about 7:30pm and my receipt stated 23:30 hours. I am relieved that I had my receipt with me for confirmation. The staff member was extremely helpful and I was allowed to exit without additional payment.

Well I booked my parking with Quickpark and could not continue with it, as it did not recognise my car no, then when I eventually got thru to Quickpark offices, they said my reference no was not a quickpark no, then I got thru the next day and the girl put my car no thru manually, then when I printed off the receipt, it did not work when I went to park in Quickpark, I had to go to the office to get a correct no manually and I hope I am not going to be doubly charged.
