Convenient parking adjacent to the terminal at DSA. Easy drop off and check in before departure. On return car outside reception ready to drive home after collecting keys. Quick, efficient and very competitive prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

we used Doncaster meet and greet, arrived at 03.30 straight in to car park met with smile and instruction where to park, unloaded cases dropped keys in at reception confirmed details, again at that time a cheery face wished a great holiday and walked the short distance to departures. Straight forward and simple. on return your car is ready in a parking bay ready to go collect keys and away.

Things couldn’t have gone better. We had a cancelled flight so had to take our car go home and come back. Then our return was cancelled till the day after, then delayed on top of that. I had paid to have delay cover. It was well worth it. Everything went just perfect. Thank you.

Very convenient to Arrivals and Departures. Staff very friendly. Have used this facility before so knew what to expect. Only issue is that the signs directing you are not very big and found locating the car park on my 1st visit a little confusing. Much easier this time as knew where to go.

The meet and greet car parking could not be faulted and would gladly book again, however that is where things went downhill. I booked the airport lounge along with the parking last September as part of the holiday surprise for my wife`s 60th birthday and could not believe it when we were turned away, being told Holiday Extras had cancelled the booking at midnight and they could not let us in due to staff shortages, although people were going in. The person on lounge reception tried to ring Holiday Extras but as you can imagine there was no one there at 4.00am. Both my wife and myself were very dissapointed and had to settle for a bacon sandwich. On returning home after the holiday I discovered an email which was sent by Holiday Extras 48hrs before we were due to fly, however we were already away and had no idea of it. A text could have been a better idea. The information in the email totally contradicts what I was told at the lounge reception SO who is to blame for the cancellation and the embarresment of being turned away in front of a queue of people going into the lounge. After this experience I am dubious about booking in future and would like to know who is at fault.

High cost, low added value Witnessed a complaint from a lovely young mother, father with very young son & daughter that did not have a car to return to some 75 minutes after landing but heard the excuse that you had washed their car ??? How strange but was a topic of conversation that soured the return to the UK

Everything was spot on, first time at Doncaster robin hood airport and parking was very easy and very very close to terminal. Car very close by in return staff very polite and helpful. Only worry was on entry the sign saying £4 entry fee was confusing and caused some concern that we would be charged entry. Please make it clear that this doesn't apply.

Such an easy car park to locate and there straight away to let you know what to do and where to go. We had taken our lunch with us and they even gave us time to sit in the car and eat it.
