Made booking online. Flight time had changed and was unable to select my new time. Had to contact directly HE. Very helpful team and sorted my situation out quickly and efficiently.

Easy entry into car park, and easy exit afterwards. No paperwork needed - the barrier recognises the number plate. Car park could do with resurfacing - it’s currently just gravel. Very very expensive too.

Booked parking at long stay Carpark at Cardiff wales Airport. Carpark is a couple of minutes walk from terminal so no hanging around for transfers.

Everything went smoothly the car was quickly and easily parked. I didn’t see any staff so can’t comment the barrier in and out of the car park is activated by your number plate .

We got into the parking area perfectly, in convoy with another vehicle. The barrier lifted let them in, we however had to get a ticket for the barrier to lift. On leaving the barrier lifted auto for them to leave, we had to insert our ticket and it wouldnt lift, we ended up calling for assistance, they sorted it for us straight away and released us into the wild wonders lol. We did however have to change vehicle less than 12 hours before travelling as our car broke down so i am guessing it was due to the registration on our car not having been updated completely.

Really easy to book on line, used for cardiff airport parking. Perfect, no fuss entry into carpark prior to holiday. Really well priced for a week. Couldn't be easier. Will continue to use holiday extras as I gave done for several years.

The car park surface was covered with large loose chippings lwhich potentially could be thrown up by vehicle wheels and seriously damage the body work of parked vehicles

Car Park in shocking state. We have not used this Car Park before as we have parked in the long stay opposite the Airport for many many years. No numbers on any rows spent a good 15 minutes looking for our car at 1-15 in the morning. Wouldn`t use it again if there was an alternative.

Everything was easy. Booked with the normal discount. On the day we took a ticket to get into the Longstay. On our return we were asked for £150. Pressed help and all sorted in seconds. Good parking with spaces.

After taking wrong turning ( our fault) we arrived at long Stay car park Cardiff . Was all very straight forward drive up to barrier barrier went up we parked . Was a bit concerned as to way some cars were parked as no actual marked spaces worried may have come back to a damaged scratched car . But I was wrong all was ok . Drove straight out once barrier went up . Will defo use you again .
