Meet & Greet parking, never used this before it was So easy & cheaper as it was out of season & would highly recommend!! Aspire plus lounge was good as it was quieter but not as many options for drinks but they were great in getting whatever you needed from the other Aspire lounge. If you don’t mind paying more for peace & quiet then this is perfect for you.

Staff were helpful but I need assisted passage and found the Meet and Greet book in cubicle further from the terminal than expected but as it was wet and windy there was no protection from the elements when booking in and out. For the money you charge I feel it should be better.

We used the Meet & Greet service at Bristol Airport and have used this service on several occasion in recent months. It works really well for us as parking so close to the terminal is great and on our return the car has always been ready allowing for a speedy departure. Good all round service with really helpful staff.

Make sure when you get back in your car there is no big muddy foot prints and the seat has been back it’s as if the driver slept in my car it was so fare back not best please we want to use you again in 8 weeks but based on this we are unsure

All fine in the end. When I first arrived at the "Meet and Greet", The man said I'd got the wrong one , as he had no record of me coming. On showing him my confirmation form he found my reservation, and all was OK. I 've used "holiday extras" many times. So far so good.

Meet and greet Bristol Airport such a stress free way to leave vehicle and walk either to hotel or airport and have car waiting on return with helpful staff will definitely use again.

Drop off and collect at the Meet and Greet were fine but I was disappointed on my return to find my car extremely dirty with heavily mud caked tyres - it looked as if it had been parked in a field not in an airport car park. The driver’s side floor mat and pedals were also caked in mud. This was not what I expected and may affect my consideration of this service here in the future.

We were only away for a couple of days and this form of parking makes it soooooooooo much easier. Just go into the pick up/drop off car park, give the man your car key, get a receipt and then the same in reverse when you come home - the car is there waiting. Great.

Everything went smoothly. Arrived at 4 a.m. to drop off our vehicle and our vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived back, even though our flight arrived about half an hour early. On both occasions we were welcomed by a cheerful and helpful representative of your company.

Dissapointed on collecting the car to be given an expired ticket after a long flight and having to pay an extra £1.00 to exit car park. Other airports we use they give you a rest ticket so nothing further to pay.

The drop off was confusing as the 'Express Drop off' hut was not very visible from a queue of traffic entrering the drop off car park. We did find it but had to negotiate the one way system to find the entrance. Once we had eventually parked the car and spoke to the gentleman on duty he was very helpful.Pick up was very easy.
