we paid for meet and greet when in reality we had to take the car to a car park and walk to the terminal there was no greet or meet involved my expectations were we would be met outside the departure lounge our car would be driven away to be parked very disappointed

I booked airport parking and was told via email that the company had ceased trading but my booking remained the same. I did not read further and on arrival at the airport the only person on site at meet and greet was employed by Valet Parking. He said we were not booked with them and there was no other meet and greet operating. I then had to drive to an NCP car park for the duration of my holiday. I had also booked the same service for my daughter who departed Birmingham airport on 26/12 so I researched and discovered Blue Circle was the company who had taken over the original company. Her parking with meet and greet went smoothly. Just disappointed it was not clear on the email I received

More information is needed about where to park the car when arriving at the car park as there is another meet and greet facility at the same are.
