Easy to use website and good value for money

I arrived at the Airport to use Valet parking & there were no spaces for me to leave my car. I was abused by the staff - for booking with a 3rd Party as they described Holiday Extras!? I apparently should not have booked with yourselves & it was my own fault that there were no spaces as I had booked through you & not directly with Blue Circle Parking. Never again! I’ve never been more stressed travelling & parking my car & paid £116 for the pleasure.

Dropping car off was no problem, our flight on return had changed we booked the return for collection 1 pm . But it was 1 am we returned . We told the person who we handed car to to make sure it was 1 am he said no problem he will make sure it’s chsnged . We then received a text asking us for flight number and time of arrival in uk so we replied as soon as we read the text. On our return while waiting for our bags which took some time we rung the 3 mobile numbers no reply but we left a message on each one . When we went to collect car it was not there !! We had to wait for about 3/4 hour for the car to arrive . Then the chap st the machine said it was because it had 1 pm on the booking . But we had told you first when we dropped off the car . We were tired and this added additional time to return home . I have used your service for quite a few trips and the service was very good . But I doubt now I shall use you again .

A bit chaotic at both drop off and arrival. Inside of car had very dirty footprints both on drivers side and front passengers which were not there when car was left. Someone had also altered the sat nav.

We paid over £100 for meet and greet…..dropping off our car 1st problem….no free bays? We were told just to leave it at the end of a row…. When we came back from our relaxing holiday we had a card with 3 x mobile numbers to call. 2nd problem we tried all 3 of the numbers either no answer, voicemail or numbers wouldn’t connect! We get to the pick up point……about 6-7 other families all waiting for their cars, no person seemed to be in charge but it was 4am, cold and dark and no one was getting their cars back. There was obviously MORE customers trying to drop of their cars to go on their holidays but again no free bays and then the cars to be dropped off to us and others couldn’t find anywhere to park. One of the drivers was verbally abusive to me and others as he was about to reverse into another car! When our driver came with my car (LR11 NFA) he was reving the engine and kept doing it! I asked him why he was doing it and he informed me that my car battery was flat and this was why there was a delay in us receiving the car. I thanked him for getting the car started and we didn’t turn off the engine until we got back on our drive. When my husband turned off the engine the car beebed - the lights had been manUlly turned on (I normally have them set to automatic. I think whoever drove my car from Birmingham airport to the compound had left my lights on for the week! Terrible service and not worth the money as you still have to walk from terminal to car park 2 & 3! We have done this service in other UK airports before and it’s lit drop off near doors of arrivals and you get picked up at the doors coming back.

Nothing to improve I would like to thank all the staff at blue circle for providing the service they did would defiantly use again
