Had a problem exiting the car park even though I had prepaid. Machine told me I owed over £300.00. Spoke to somebody who eventually raised the barrier for me.

The ANPR could not be utilised and we had to call an operator. On leaving we had to repeat the process after suffering delay. This was not made clear when booking

Car park was great… directions were easy, parking area was well lit up and easy walk to the terminal, Had the fright of our life when we returned and drove car up to barrier. Ticket machine informed us we owed £539 for parking lol ???? good job we had pre booked and payed. Was sorted in seconds Thankyou

Everything went very smoothly, no hitches whatsoever. I had been a little concerned when other travellers had reported issues with the exit barrier but it was all so easy and literally 5 mins walk from terminal. Would definitely book this again!

All went well till we went to depart from the car park put in my ticket and it did not remove the barrier and said I need to pay £395 pounds nobody about call button not very obvious spoke to adviser and then let me out.

Followed the instructions for arrival, as advertised when the booking and prepayment was made. The plane was late getting back and on collecting the car and presenting the ticket the machine requested me to pay £392! However, when pressing the button for assistance, I gave my name and registration and the transaction was cancelled and the barrier raised. So all OK.

Car park great location, close to departures and arrivals, but when we left we put ticket in and were told to pay £392!! Called for assistance who swiftly over-rode the fee much to our relief. Not sure why we were being asked to pay it when we had pre-booked and paid already.

After a 21 hour belayed return flight I rang and managed to sort my parking still had to tell the intercom at the gate but it soon dropped from £634 down to £18 so glad holiday extras could sort things for us thank you

unfortunateley not , as we went to leave the car park we were shocked as the barrier wouldn't open and we were confronted with a £441.00 bill. this was all the more upsetting as we had a 3year old in the car who was tired and just wanted to go to bed . After a lengthy wait a lady responded to the call and i provided our name registration and booking number . She then confirmed my booking and open the barrier .

There was only approx 5 spaces in the car park and they had cars parked awkwardly so we couldn’t get our car in a space, it took about 55 mins to get a useable space. The car park was dirty as were the public spaces. On return we were denied exit and asked to pay £588 to exit the car park in excess parking charges, it took sometime to convince the operator that we had booked in advance. We normally use MAN and will not be returning to BHX. We have used HE 4 times in the last 6 months and don’t blame you specifically.

I booked the car park at Birmingham and the paid the late fee just in case we were delayed 24 hours so glad I paid extra to cover for this, when we picked the car up we were charged 18.99 which we had to pay to get out of the car park. I’ve tried to claim this back I had to fill out a form which I did I don’t agree with this having to jump through hoops to get the money back and they have all the details anyway! I have not heard from them or received a refund!

After pre-paying £99 for a week’s stay at BHX car park 2&3 I took the ticket from the entrance and parked. On return the exit barrier showed I owed £329. I had to use the intercom to contact the operator. I had to give my name and car registration number before being allowed to exit. In itself not a problem but potentially quite stressful for tired travellers. Surely with ANPR this can be avoided.

The machines at the car park failed to recognise the number plate on arrival and departure. Fortunately the staff were able to correct these problems. Would probably not use again.

Pre paid for parking online however, when returning and leaving the car park we inserted our ticket in the matchine and was asked to pay nearly £400 in parking charges. We had to speak to the attendant who took our registration and name and then let us out. This is not a good service when prebooking and paying to avoid delays the barrier should have automatic Reg recognition as many other car parks we've stayed in before do. This will definitely put me off using you again.

Not impressed that despite prepayment the car park demanded a huge sum on presentation of ticket. Eventually released when advised car reg but nothing in way of explanation. Also huge increase in parking charges since last used for similar term a few months ago.

I used your services for parking at Birmingham Airport and when leaving the car park had to use the call button to have the gate opened. The instructions say this should happen automatically but it didn't and the same happened to me in March three months ago. Not sure what is happening here but its not as straightforward as I'm sure would expect.

The matter was swiftly solved. When we returned the machine said we owed £294 we had prepaid. I spoke to someone and it was resolved. Its abit unsettling as weve booked vip lounge, fast track, parking for manchester in January for 2 weeks

Unfortunately when trying to exit the carpark the machine showed a charge of £735.00 charge. After phoning the carpark operator I eventually got this charge removed, not good after a long journey.
