Arrived at Birmingham car park 2 and the barrier did not automatically lift, called the office and was told it could be sorted on departure. To be honest we quoted the booking number and car reg and the barrier was lifted with no problem, glad we kept the booking information.

Having missed my outbound flight I tried to cancel my booking using the app; couldn’t. Tried live chat; said office was closed. When I used live chat next day I was told office was open previous day & if I’d contacted them I could’ve had a refund.

When we left the car park 2 there was a delay. Our ticket recorded £392-00. So I called attendant and all then ok. When in car park 1 earlier this year no problem. Thought you should be aware.

No problem using prepaid voucher from cancelled pre-covid booking with helpful staff. Bit of a problem with trying to gain entry to car park when the barrier failed to raise with the result of two tickets being issued, the last one worked OK. All a bit stressful.

Barrier did not recognise our ticket when we were leaving, so the automated machine tried to charge us £735.00! We used the call for help button and gentleman who answered took our registration - problem solved and raised the barrier for us.

All fine apart from the lift didnt work on arrival so when on floor 6 with 4 cases and two young children it added to the stress and made things difficult. Was fixed when we got back though thankfully. Not really holiday extras fault though

On leaving car park put card in barrier and it came up £390 had to keep pressing call button as first person said my car wasn’t on his system only when another person answered was barrier lifted even though l had pre booked weeks before and had confirmation on my phone.

When leaving the car I had to call for help as number plate was not recognised. Then had to back up cars behind me to change lanes as the barrier did not work. Had to start again with the new barrier but that did not recognise my car either so had to take a ticket. Coming back it was the same problem

Just like last time, when I got to the barrier and followed the instructions the barrier didn’t raise and the help button was engaged. The plate recognition is clearly hit and miss and not what you need at 2a.m. The only reason I would use you again is I have no choice if I want to park at the airport.

Great parking location at Birmingham Airport ( carparks 2 & 3). So easy to book, arrive and leave. Decent sized spaces. Low front bumpers catch on ramps so need to be very careful.

Second time this year I've booked with holiday extras for car parking at Birmingham Airport and the barrier hasn't lifted when using the ticket. Very annoying after 20+ hours or travelling.

I used this service on a number of occasions and can never get an Invoice which I need for my company expenses. Contacting some one is difficult and the request for Invoice on the website doesn't work which I have reported to customer service on more than one occasions.

I thought that the car park had number plate recognition cameras installed. I was unable to get through the barrier on arrival and had to wait several minutes for the intercom to be answered, give my car reg. and name. When we arrived back at the airport 9 days later the same happened again. Would be very helpful if the issue was sorted, as I did recommend this product to our friends who had same issue behind us.

I booked parking at Birmingham Airport on 01/08/2022. I paid £2.00 extra for late arrival, my flight was delayed but when I exited the car park I had to pay £18.00 extra!! What was the point. I was told I would have to claim it back!! I did and haven’t had it back anyway? Useless.

Firstly took 20 mins to find a space. When we did there was minimum room to get out. Had to get family out before i could reverse int the small gap only enpugh room to open one sides doors. On return took 1 hour to get out due to licence plate detector didnt open gate. Then tried to charge me over £400. Took ages to get assistance at 3am!!!

Everything went smoothly on arrival at car park 2 boon returning we picked up the car and then couldn’t get through the barrier. It wanted to charge over £400. We spoke to someone who asked whose name it was booked in and they then let us through. This also happened to the two cars before us.
