We booked parking, lounge and private transfers. Huge issue with the private transfer who did not meet us at the airport or pick us up to return us. They did not answer phone or text messages. We found the office based in the airport and they said we would have to pay as they had no record of our trip. We provided them with a copy of the details but they insisted it had not been booked. They eventually took us after arguing the point for over 30 mins. They did not collect us as agreed on the way back and we had to arrange a further private transfer. Totally shocking.

No I arrived at the airport in France with my 6 year old daughter and 6 months pregnant and the taxi was not there after calling the “emergency” number that was completely useless and extremely unhelpful and waiting for an hour I then had to get in another taxi spending €100 of our spending money that we had not obviously not accounted for as you incorrectly advertised this as hassle free. I then tried to contact as I was seriously concerned than my collection from the collection from the hotel on the Friday would also not arrive after several emails I was informed to call an international number that I was on hold for 30 minutes before I returned to the email and then had a text message to confirm the collection 1 hour before the time I was being collected so basically worried my entire trip. I have raised a complaint that I’ve had an email to confirm can take 30 days so I’m €100 short after a terrible experience and now have to wait 30 days for someone to even acknowledge the issue. Disgusting service leaving a young family and pregnant woman would never recommend this again

Birmingham airport parking 1 did not recognize the booking on entry or departure. Car park was awful. The spaces were too small, for the extortionate price, climbing from the driver seat out of the car via the boot is not acceptable, no indication of availability per floor. Absolute disgrace.

Everything was very smooth. We pulled up at the barrier & the camera recognised our registration plate & a car park ticket was printed off. We took the ticket, the barrier opened & we then found a suitable parking space. Very close to the airport it was literally across the road. On our return we collected our car, drove up to barrier & the camera recognised our registration plate & the barrier opened. Very impressed & will definitely book again.

Car park one we parked up at 12.30 for ten days lots of parking bays so we had no problem with the parking coming back flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs but with the free extra parking of 3 hrs grace it was no problem

This is rhe second time we have used Car Park 1 T BHX Despite all the correct details Inc car reg dates flights etc being confirmed we were ble to exit the car park .pushing the help button did not work eventually a faint voice could be heard. What is your car reg number. No this car is not in our system. The booking confirmation email confirms our car is in your system. Irben had to quote the booking reference and the barrier was finly raised. This is a sha.bles. we had been travelling for 24 hrs. Your ANPR system is useless. Sort it

Car park was quite full and had to drive up a few levels (4) to find a space and once done the spaces were quite small. The car park, however, was well lit and felt secure and there were ample lifts to the ground floor. The car park was very convenient for the terminal and only required a short walk
