Straightforward & efficient. No delays. The only reason I didn't rate the service '10' was because on the way to the airport the driver seemed to take a strange route. There may have been a valid reason but the trip back was quicker.

Efficient check in and transfer to/from airport. Beware that post code in sat nav doesn't take you to the correct place - look out for the APH PARKING signs on the island.
