We were given a paper ticket and was told this was for the bus to the air port but on our return bus back to the car park we had mislaid our ticket and the driver was very rude and said he would take us back to the air port and leave us their.

Significant delays in leaving the car park for the Airport, Due to UK weather delays retuning @ 2am forced to wait nearly 50M for the coach to collect to return to the car park. To far and too expensive for the distance and travel time incured

It would have been very helpful if your directions were much more clear, you could indicate that you turn at the junction to the hotel (Travel lodge) and your location is then visible. We missed this turning as our sat nav took us past this and we were delayed

Staff were very helpful, helped me out with an error I'd made & allowed us to get to the airport in perfect time. True that the ground is rough, but you're only parking cars and it wasn't an issue to carry the luggage where needed.

Not the easiest place to find. Directions only if coming from motorway. On arrival it was very muddy and the ground was very uneven. Staff very friendly.

Car park was hard to find as the post code covers a large area, this was explained in booking so allowed more time on journey. More signage would have helped. But otherwise all good.

Car park 10-15 mins away from the airport, so may have to wait a bit both ways for the shuttle. Check in is unnecessarily complicated, as is pick-up, where you need to be issued with a paper barcode to push into a machine at the barrier. Why not use number plate recognition? It might prevent queues building up.

Outward journey was great, all went smoothly. We did wait a while for the bus on our return and it was very hot day, the bus was extremely hot, possibly more windows or air con would have been appreciated.

Sat nav for us directly to the car park, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Prior communication was good, emails very helpful. Bus pick up from the airport great too, even helped find our code at 2am!!

Arrived at 2am, greeted by a friendly member of staff who helpfully suggested as we had a bigger vehicle we would have to park further away so should drop the suitcases and rest of the family at the bus stop before parking which was great advise. Didn't have to wait long for the bus to arrive and another friendly member of staff greeted us before driving us to the airport. Return to car park just as good, went without a hitch very happy with the service and would definitely book with this car park again.

Much preferred aph as it was previously. Not enough staff now. One man directed us to a row to park that was a long walk from the bus pick up point on rough ground. We had to try and drag our luggage in the rain and in the middle of the night. I have heart problems needed assistance.but none there.

We used the short run service from Airparks at Birmingham airport. It only took a few minutes to the airport terminal. We found the car park quite easily from the instructions provided. All in all a satisfactory parking experience.

The parking off site is easy to find .Helpful staff. I lost my ticket on holiday ,but they provided me with another on return . Parking spaces could have been a bit wider ,was worried about other car doors hitting ours . But all was ok on returning.

Everything at the car park was spot on. The man at the entrance checked my details and told me exactly where to park. There was a bus waiting and took us directly to departures. On arriving back - we went straight to the correct bus stop and the bus was waiting so no extra time waiting. Pleasant drivers on both journeys. Well done.

On arrival staff were unhelpful and I felt ignored. Having used APH at other airports I was surprised at the inefficiency here. The car parking area was not completely tarmac, in some areas it was hardcore and was not level. We had to park our own car and then walk back to get the bus. We found out on return that APH had disposed of their own buses and rely on others. When we returned at midnight we had to wait a considerable amount of time for the bus to arrive. At the car park the lighting was not brilliant and the signage was poor. The only good thing was the price. I would not use this site again.
