The directions were spot on. Parking bays could maybe have been a little wider - not everyone manages to park straight and centered. When we returned the car was covered in ash, no damage but no notice as to the cause. The toilets were clean and staff friendly, efficient and helpful.

We have used this parking many times before and this time like the others was very successful. Friendly staff, timely transfers etc. We have only praise and will carry on using the car park. Please commend the staff for their polite manner and great service thank you

Very happy with the overall service , have used the parking service pre COVID and usually left the keys etc , telephoned Mackadown Lane and was advised that on arrival I could request Priority Parking--did so and all sorted very quickly and efficiently. Returned at some silly o'oclock time in the morning of 13th June , driver very helpful and when back at parking was met by very cheery man who again sorted my key , located the car and even helped my other half with a big bag to the car ---very good service and I will certainly be using the service again ,in fact have already booked again , have no hesitation in recommending to all.

Staff were helpful though the space allocated on arrival was full. Second space not big enough for Volvo XC40 so had to return to entrance 3 times before parking and the bus would not wait.

Directions were exactly as provided. The bus waited for us and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our only issue was that we picked up a nail in our tyre at the car park.

System had changed since the last time we used Airparks with you parking your own car after following staffs car and his instructions which were clear , we had no bother picking up my car on our return and had no problems exiting with the ticket scan, so happy with the experience .

Parking at AirParks, Birmingham. Flight back on 7th June was delayed, so we were feeling a little 'frazzled'. Coach driver John was wonderful helping load suitcases onto the bus, etc. When we reached the carpark, we found that the car battery was dead. John and the other member of staff were again very helpful, jump-starting us. If there is an employee award scheme for being an excellent member of staff, give it to John!

Flight delayed and arrived late for retrieving car. Flawless service however with no problems at all exiting. My only small improvement would be that despite me calling the number on my exit ticket twice and on the second occassion holding for 5 minutes I was disconnected with no call back.

The service was brilliant, very easy to find and as soon as we pulled up we were instructed where to park. Hubby parked the car while me and our two children waited in the waiting area where there were also toilets. Short bus ride to the airport. Coming home also simple, bus came within 5 mins of us getting to the stop, extremely friendly driver let us take a pic of our daughter pretending to drive! :-) short distance back to the car park and off we went. Great price. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. The experience was positive from start to finish, both outbound and inbound. The weather was dreadful on our return and the bus driver was exceptionally kind, telling me to stay on the bus and telling my husband to pull the car to the front of the bus to unload the luggage before I left. It was lovely to have such a good experience with all the complaints these days about airports and travel

Easy from start to finish. We were greeted by staff on arrival, everything explained to us. Car booked in and they told us where to park and where the bus comes to transfer us to the hospital. The wait at the bus stop was about 10 minutes. On arriving back in the U.K was just as easy. Waited at the bus stop, different buses use different colour receipts to make sure you don't get on the wrong bus. Got back to the car park, picked up the car and scanned the bar code on the receipt to allow the barrier to rise. I will definitely use this car park again for future holidays

Very easy dropping the car off. We did pay an extra £10.00 when we got there so when we came back at 00.30 our car was ready at the entrance. Very good service and helpful staff.
