I did panicking thinking I was lost as it is in the middle of nowhere. I did park myself. It was very very busy but was found a spot quickly by staff. All friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and friendly. The young lady on reception on Tuesday and Wednessday eveing was very helpful. The plug in the bathroom did not fit and let the water out. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the hotel.

We weren't aware at the time of booking that the car park was 5 miles from the airport. This information would have been useful at the time of booking. However the transfers and service was good.

Not an easy place to find, one of our party got completely lost using a built in honda sat nav. Your site does make warning that certain sat navs have problems, this should be emboldened and made more specific.This could be a real issue with non-changeable tickets. It really does need addressing.
