The hotel looks a bit scruffy with a hole in the ceiling in reception. Good room and comfortable beds. Restaurant food was poor and service slow. Taxi to airport didn't arrive despite booking at reception. Taxi fare was £15 to the airport terminal. Very helpful and friendly reception staff who couldn't do enough to help. The hotel was 84% empty. The pool and sauna were brilliant and a real treat.

To have meet and greet at Birmingham Airport was a waste of money. Car Parking at 2 & 3 is nearer than where we had to walk to for the meet and greet. Signage to the area is also very poor in the dark. Hotel was good. I will use hotel again but never meet and greet at Birmingham.

The hotel was very easy to get to and the directions provided were easy to follow. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. We had a meal which was good and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the drivers who took us to and from the airport, absolute gentleman. So in conclusion I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be using it myself for any future travel.

The hotel was lovely and staff very helpful. The car park was just outside the hotel door and the transfer to and from the airport was very efficient. We would stay again if we fly from Birmingham.

We were completely happy with everything although we didn't use the Hotel courtesy bus on our return as it would have meant us using the mono-rail system at Birmingham airport and at 80 years of age it was too much to cope with our luggage so we took a taxi. Also, due to our flight time being changed we did not take the breakfast which was pre-paid and the Hotel said they couldn't refund it against our evening meal as the arrangement was with Holiday Extras. Perhaps you could look into this.
