Can I amend my booking?
Yes. By using our view, amend or cancel booking service you'll be able to amend any Aberdeen airport parking bookings as long as it's more than 24 hours before your trip. Amendments are usually free of charge unless you have booked one of our non-amendable, non-refundable products, or if you change the times of your booking after prices have increased. If you'd prefer to ring us to amend a booking please contact us.
What happens if I exceed my pre-booked parking period?
Your car will still be safely secured within the car park, and you can just pay for any excess charges when you collect it. These charges will be set at the car park's standard rate.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, it's not a problem to cancel but you may have to pay a cancellation fee. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Will my car be parked for me?
If you choose to park at the Aberdeen Airpark car park, you can simply park your car in an arrival bay, head to the reception with your keys and booking confirmation, and whilst you take your free transfer to the airport, the staff will park your car for you.
Can you send me directions to the car park?

How much is the drop off charge at Aberdeen airport?
