Can I amend my booking?
Yes. By using our view, amend or cancel booking service you’ll be able to amend any Aberdeen airport parking bookings as long as it's more than 24 hours before your trip. Amendments are usually free of charge unless you have booked one of our non-amendable, non-refundable products, or if you change the times of your booking after prices have increased. If you’d prefer to ring us to amend a booking please contact us.
What happens if I exceed my pre-booked parking period?
Your car will still be safely secured within the car park, and you can just pay for any excess charges when you collect it. These charges will be set at the car park’s standard rate.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel your Aberdeen airport parking booking on the day you purchase, you can do so free of charge. You will have until 11pm on weekdays and 8pm at weekends. If you want to cancel after the day of purchase, up until 24 hours before your stay, you will get a refund but also have to pay a £10.50 charge. To avoid this charge you can purchase a 99p cancellation charge waiver for your package, meaning you'll get a full refund if you need to cancel.
Will my car be parked for me?
If you choose to park at the Aberdeen Airpark car park, you can simply park your car in an arrival bay, head to the reception with your keys and booking confirmation, and whilst you take your free transfer to the airport, the staff will park your car for you.
Can you send me directions to the car park?
In the booking confirmation that we’ll send you, you’ll be provided with a map showing you how to get to the Aberdeen airport car park of your choice. You can view this map by using the manage my booking service.
