If you have an electric car and need to make sure you have a full charge before you head home, Airpark's Express Charge and Go is for you. As with all of Airparks' services, it offers simple procedures and a secured car park close to Aberdeen Airport where you can park your car and simply stroll to the terminal in a matter of minutes. This package comes with the added bonus of having returning to your car with a fully charged electric battery. With excellent security features and a straight-forward drop-and-go parking procedure, the Airparks Express Charge and Go car park is a great place to keep your car while you're away.

Airparks Express lets you park your car, then you will need to leave your keys. The car park's 637 spaces are secured and monitored by CCTV and there are staff on hand to help if you need it. From the car park, walk 5 minutes to the terminal. It's that easy.

Need to know

When you arrive, drive up to the barrier. It will automatically recognise your car reg and lift to let you in.

Park in an available bay and make a note of where. The car park has coloured zones to help you remember. Leave your keys with the car park reception and make your way to the airport – it's a 5-minute walk.

Your vehicle will be charged a day or two before you return, just remember to leave your charging cable.

The car park will need to take your keys so they can move your car once it has been charged, which makes way for the other cars.

When you get back, find your car and drive to the exit. The barrier will recognise your car reg and lift, allowing you to exit.

Accessibility

The car park has accessible parking bays and is around a 5-minute walk from the terminal, there's no need for a shuttle bus.

There are dipped pavements and ramps to reception.

If you need help, use the intercom button on the barriers.

The car park holds the Park Mark award and is secured by:

Early or late? If your travel plans change and you have to return early or later than booked call Airparks to let them know. For stays longer than you've booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 9 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

There are slightly longer bays towards the back of the car park for larger vehicles like 4x4 or vans.
