This car park is relatively new and as such has good and bad things. Booking is excellent, buses are frequent and efficient, number plate recognition is excellent. What badly lets it down is the surface of the car park. It is very rough and very very dirty. You couldn’t wheel your suitcase to the car without destroying the wheels. Five days and your car is so dirty it looks like you’ve been through a dirt bath. There would need to be improvements to provide customers with confidence to continue to use this car park on future trips from Dublin.

The parking was over 20 mins from the airport and not very well organised. We had to unload our luggage and follow one minibus to park the car, we then had to change to another for transport to the airport. On return it took over 30 mins before the minibus collected us and a further 20 mins drive to the car parking. Badly organised and no clear information given on arrival. Would not use this parking again.

When we arrived the barrier opened itself (number plate recognition). The airport shuttle service was timely. Short travel to airport. The negative side is we had to park on non tarmac parking slots, this meant that we had to pull our trolley bags through rubble to shuttle bus stop. overall that is not a major issue. other than that everything was perfect. When we drove out the barriers opened with number recognition.

The booking process was simple and straightforward. Even when I needed to change the car details at the last minute, there were no issues. However, We were delayed at the barriers going in & coming out of the car park. We needed to contact the car park support team to get in, as the ANPR system didn't recognise the car. Other than that, the price & ease of booking was second to none.
